The manager is highly rude in this shop and I would not be shopping here in future! She practically threw the bracelet I wanted to purchase in my face and would not accept my discount even though I showed valid ID. I went to the Stevenage store in the end and they were so accommodating and helpful. Seems to be a common theme that this store has poor customer service. Will not be returning and will be complaining to Head Office.

I went to the Cambridge shop and they have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The staff is rude, they have no idea about how to deal with customers. I had brought there a necklace I had been given as a gift as the chain was too long and I wanted it to be shortened. They gave me a chain to try on to decide about the new size, we agreed a new size and my original chain was sent away to be cut. When I collected the necklace I handed to them the receipt they had left me when I brought there the necklace a few weeks earlier, I paid for the service and I left. I took my chain without checking it while I still was in the shop (big mistake!). When later I put the necklace on, it was so short that almost strangled me. So I came back to the shop to kindly explain the situation and the customer assistant was very unkind, over talking to me and insisting that it was the size I had chosen, which, od course, it wasn't because very tight. Besides, she said they couldn't do anything because I hadn't the receipt where was written the size I had ordered. But how I was supposed to have it if they keep it when you collect your item? She also disappeared going to the back of the shop. She turned up again after a few minutes saying that she telephoned her manager and telling me that her menager remembered about me and no mistake had been made. So the manager remembered me without seeing me, since she wasn't in the shop??? And she even remember the size of the necklace???? Absurd!! They didn't even say sorry. They just spoiled my original necklace and stole my money. Awful!

If I could give minus stars I would. Being new to Pandora I was given some gift cards for my birthday. On my birthday I went in to the Cambridge store and wanted to browse before I spent. Before I even got both feet in the sop I was told if you want to buy and we are busy you need to queue. There were 3 customers in the shop. I understand if there had been 10 or more people but this approach and the persons attitude really put me off. I went and looked briefly at something I had been looking at online and then left the store. My husband had already left as he was disgusted at the attitude. We went back to the shop to ask if this was the way all stores operate or was it unique to Cambridge. Her reply was equally rude and I said it was the worst customer service I had ever received. It?s put me off buying from Pandora. I will try my local shop and see if I get the same response.

My daughter bought me a bracelet which was too big. Went to exchange unfortunately the receipt was two days out ! The young lady was so helpful so polite exchanged it no problem. Thankyou such polite helpful ladies

i wouldn?t even give them one star, liars and disgusting behaviour- my partner bought me a ring which tarnished(did not sleep with it or use water with it as I always take my jewellery off when washing, exercising or going sleep) and i went to get it refunded or exchanged, the girl kept trying to say its over the 30 days when it was not as proof i bought the receipt, she then went on to say nothing is wrong with the ring and the manager was awful as well, she wouldn?t even help she didn?t want to refund us, awful products and customer service, disgusting behaviour honestly especially with the dirty looks they were the girl who was serving us was giving us, don?t buy their products - no matter how expensive they are, they will be a piece of rubbish and it wont last!

Awful customer service. Needed Christmas presents so needed 3 or 4 gifts for different people. Had to queue for 20 mins which was fine. Got in the shop and a lady approached me to ask if I had queued, I told her yes. She then said do you know what you want to buy, I said we need to look for a few things. She told me there was no browsing allowed in the shop today as they were to busy! I?m not sure what?s happened to this company. Will not be purchasing from this retailer anymore.

I am really disappointed with the quality and service of Pandora, Cambridge. They deliberately kept critical information from me that would frame the care of the item. I recently purchased a rose gold heart ring which tarnished very quickly. When I returned to the shop to query this, they said it was just gold plated and should be worn sparingly. At no point during the purchase of said item was I told this. I challenged the girl who was adorned with gold plated rings and asked if she removed the rings every time she washed her hands - she looked at me blankly. My friend had a similar experience when the clasp on her new bracelt was faulty - she was told she would have to pay to have it repaired. Don't be fooled by the glittery exterior! I won't be buying any more jewellery from them.
