We are regular customers of Pandora and are normally greeted with a warm welcome and staff are very helpful and friendly but today?s experience was far from that .When we went in there was no queue and two people were being served so we waited ,while we were waiting we had a look around and in that time a few people had come in and there was a queue . A lady who worked there with blond hair in a pony tail, I believe the manager if so she needs some customer service training as she lacks people skills said can I help and we told her what we was looking for she then followed up by giving us a dirty look and with such attitude told us to get in the back of the now long queue very disappointing won?t be returning

I went into the Cambridge store today with my friend and it wasn?t that busy, we were looking at a ring and asked the lady at the counter very politely if we could try it on and she gave us the most disgusted look and told us ?I?m with a customer? and then gave ANOTHER dirty look after we said sorry we didn?t realise. It was as if we had just asked her to murder her whole family. We were very kind at the start by saying ?sorry to bother you? and to get that response, truly horrified us. I?m not going to buy a £90 ring if you?re going to treat us like actual scum.

I spend a lot of money in Pandora , today when visiting the Cambridge branch the manager seems to have such an attitude, I was with my daughter who has autism and she tried to tell my daughter that her bracelet didn?t break the way she told her it broke . Sorry but that?s how the bracelet broke , not the first bracelet we have got for family that?s broken . This manager needs training and shocked she?s a manager , the other staff are so lovely and have always been so helpful over the years of me shopping there . Think I will stick to the branch closer to me home from now on because this manager is rude and definitely wasnt there when my

Normally had a good experience in this shop but I?m 8months pregnant and wanted to get a baby charm I walked in with my sister no one was in the shop at the time, had three other people walk in behind us and all of those got served before we did and when it was are turn one of the servers told us to go wait in the back of the cue once again, she was incredibly rude was shocked

Avoid if you can. The staff is Very condescending and rude for no reason. Will be going to the Bury St Edmunds location instead, where I?ve had stellar customer service.

Staff were rude and very condescending, clearly holding an overinflated opinion of themselves and the costume Jewellery they sell. Strange behaviour.

I bought an engagement ring for my fiancée for a whopping £70 and it started discoloring after about 1 month. They sell poor quality stuff. I then bought a replacement from Temu for £13 and it turns out to be the best than this overpriced store. I wouldn?t recommend buying from this.
