They selling ready to eat food and not providing any cutlery and they refuse to take it back because it's was already open unacceptable by the manager and the staff

I was very disappointed on my last visit to the store. On the 13th April 2024 I was stood waiting for the scratch card ticket machine to process my winnings when one of the workers friends turned up, the worker (stocky man with dirty blonde hair - young and wearing Air Max 90 and grey joggers) proceeded to shout on the shop floor ?you cunt? to his friend. As if this wasn?t bad enough, he then began to play a game of hide & seek with his friend, walking the lengths of the shop his friend was avoiding him and the staff member just played along trying to find his friend and also hiding by Costa machine.
The young girl (ginger, again young, slim) did very well to keep her composure on the check out whilst waiting for my ticket to go through. However she then got a phone call from what looked to be her parter as appeared to be labelled bae / babe on her phone, she then decided to answer this call halfway through serving me, although she answered and told the person on the other end of the phone to hold on as she was serving, she then held her phone in her hand for a short while until she decided to end this call. I do not mind the use of a personal phone whilst on duty however it would have been courteous of her to decline the call and message this person to say she was serving and then take the call once the shop was empty or she finished her shift. I felt it was extremely rude of her to answer this, but this wouldn?t have been mentioned if it wasn?t for her co workers disgusting behaviour.

We have always had good experiences visiting this little shop with lots of variety. This morning we ordered from them via Deliveroo and got what we ordered in 15 minutes! Very happy with the service.

Really nice staff, and the store itself, welcoming, and pleasant. About the store itself, there is everything you need, of course not the big supermarket, but it has most needed stuff that you need.
