I love this shop, the guy that runs it is always cheerful, cares about his customers always putting them first and asking after their family.
He goes the extra mile, and this is what all shops in communities should be modelled on.

Horrible experience shopping there. I was buying a drink and this woman rudely told me to pull up my sleeves assuming I'm a shoplifter. I took my jacket off and proved I stole nothing. The disgusting thing is she never had the decency to apologise. Totally unacceptable behaviour and shocking customer service. She should be sacked.

Staff very rude and careless, specially a man with white hair that seems to be the longest working there. No customer service skills at all. Serving customers and answering calls at the same time not even making an effort to understand the customers need in the shop.

This evening I had problems with an order and called to ask what was happening. I don?t know if the man called Joe is the manager but who ever this gentleman is who works at this store is. He went out of his way to help me and make sure my order was delivered. He could have told me to call just eat but instead went out of his way to help me. A very kind man who I am very grateful to

You might want to check and clean your ceiling, as the aircon system constantly pumps muld into your premises. You can clearly see it. The air is unbreathable!?
