My experience was a very positive one. Shana, the Sales Executive, was very kind, considerate and thoughtful towards me. Anyone would be privileged to have an experience with this club! The people are great at customer service. Special thanks to Michelle for being so earnest and helpful over the phone also.

Doesn't maintain equipment- I have alerted the watt bike saddles were keeling to one side, making your seat off kilter (i.e. one glut higher than another when cycling) for a couple of months.
