I would highly recommend anyone going here to Nuffield, I?ve slipped my disc , a while ago sadly, but thanks to a lovely welcoming by staff showing me & my wife & daughter around we loved it all.
The personal fitness class teacher , also class teacher our epic passion,& helpful always happy to help you out if you?re not sure about anything at all. A great atmosphere. Tidy , clean. Also after a workout you can chill out at the Cafa have a hot drink & chat s with your friends. I would highly recommend going here to any one. As we all think it?s a great place to be .

Falls well below the standards of a Costa, they run out of milk one day yet no one took the initiative to shop local and provide a service.Disappointing

I was in town to meet up with co-workers for the afternoon. I got into town early and decided I should find a place to exercise. Found the gym on google maps, drove by and asked if I could pay to work out for just a few hours. They set me up with a decent price for the day, showed me around and it was great. The facility is broken up into different levels and sections. I spent most of my time in the weight room and then cardio room. It wasn't the most up to date equipment and the biggest selection but it was exactly what I needed. From what I saw on their website they have done a full update to the entire gym and cardio areas so I would check them out again if anyone was here before the remodel.

I would give this place zero starts if I could. Horrible attitudes, the lady at the desk had no clue what she was doing and was rude. The gym smelled badly and the could not figure out how to do a guest pass or trial. They tried charging me for a month and a half. Them I had to wait 10 plus min for another lady so I just left. I went to DW gym down the street
