Simply the best estage agents offering rent guaranteed income in cambridge. I initially signed up for fully managed and then realised the rent guaranteed service they offer which saved me money as my property was vacant for 4 months during covid lockdowns and I was still receiving rent during those 4 months in lockdowns as I was on the rent guaranteed package.All the team at Northwood Cambridge are very helpful! Highly recommend.

I moved my property to Northwood after it had failed to let with another agent. I took their Guaranteed Rent package and Northwood paid me the first payment even before they had moved a tenant into the property. This helped with certainty and being able to accurately manage my finances and budgets.
