This place needs more staff. However the staff that were there were fantastic. You just have to wait for one of them to be free. We bought a bedroom suite and it was delivered in parts starting the next day. Yes I would go again!

Good Service Company but......The staff are nice and efficient every time I take my internet orders. Efficient and reliable delivery time too.The environment is always clean and tidy. It's a company under strict management.A company provides a different brands too. Unfortunately not all of the brands has good quality.Too many brands that makes browsing the Next's website extra difficult and exhausting.

Maybe you're off the clock but still representing the company on company premises, so there no need to treat another person in such a dismissive and disrespectful way.

Check all of your price tags prior to purchase !!I have purchased two burford table lamps at £55 displayed over the original perforated price tag at £48, to my surprise this was as we returned home with them !! Also one of the lamps holding brackets from base to shade is broken ! The price difference and damage doesn?t warrant or justify the time, effort and cost in returning to store !Very very lazy and poor management responsibility here on this occasion !Next time I?m in store I?ll stick a few things up my sleeve to make up for the con !Will be posting photos as evidence here via images to display my frustration!To whom the manager is , I hope this complaint finds you well !Customer service wasn?t very responsive to my query whilst on the telephone either. Poor , very poor !
