I can't recommend this Next enough - specifically Milen who was unbelievably supportive in helping me with my wedding suits. I needed a suit that was being temporarily discontinued and Milen sat with me for an hour and found pieces of the suit from various other stores and helped me to piece them all together. The world needs more people like Milen - thank you!

Adjusted Sizings
It has been forever since Primark became the market leader of the town centre.
I know, it's all because Next's products are double the price than Primark's. Similar quality, why pay extra?
But still, Next has its competitive side.
Take jumper dresses as an example, Primark only provides basic colours like beige, grey, black and white.
Maybe double the price, Next has some exclusive colours in jumper dresses.
Maybe there's limited sizes for everything. But it's the only company that provides petite and tall in the store. Customers can get a rough idea about their sizes then order stuff online.
As a reminder, I think the sizes have been adjusted quite a lot over the years. Better try them in store before ordering online.
Since most of the shops of Grafton area were closed down, including Next, this town centre one is the only Next store that left for the Cambridge tenants......

Just spent almost £300 on a suit today. The lady serving (Black hair, red waist coat) was very rude. I asked if we could keep the hangers and was told no. Even though 4 days earlier when I was there buying a suit with my dad, he was given the hangers.
Who wants to fold up a suit?! Terrible service. I won?t be shopping here again, and I don?t recommend anyone spend their money here.

Fashion collection is good but most items are only available in one size and one fit. Unfortunately they are also understaffed and do not provide much support.

Needed a new coat for my toddler in a pinch, but couldn?t find the right size anywhere. Aimen was super friendly and went out of her way to find us the perfect coat in the right size. She is fantastic.
