Came to this store yesterday and although the sales were very very good with amazing prices, I couldn't say the same for my instore experience. Given as I had gone on a standard Monday I wasn't expecting it to be crazy busy and it wasn't however the store was an absolute state with clothes chucked everywhere and random rails strewn across the first floor. The changing rooms on the ground floor were fairly clean however were very worn and needed an upgrade. The small first floor ones were disgusting like they hadn't been cleaned in days ? After collecting my items and heading to checkout I was greeted with a large queue. I found it quite annoying that there were multiple staff members pointlessly standing around chatting when they could have been on till? There are no first floor tills anymore so as you can imagine it can get very busy downstairs. Overall not a pleasant experience .

They just playing with customer asking for customer private email for Receipt by using: "I don't have paper for receipt I can Only send it to your email" They make customer no option. Lying to Customer it's not a good way of customer service.
Music is too loud, not good with baby when mom wants to do some shopping while baby?s sleeping but the music wake the baby. It was annoying.

There always seems to be a decent range of clothing here, which is one of the only good things I can pinpoint about this store. Based on several recent visits however, the queue situation is a joke. No matter whether or not there?s too little or just enough cashiers on the tills, the queue is practically stretching across the store floor. On three of these recent occasions, the wait for me was about 10 minutes. This kind of stress isn?t fair to be putting your staff under, regardless of what foot traffic to expect from a city centre store.
Either hire more employees, or better yet, help the employees you do have. I know poor management when I see it.

Awful I felt so uncomfortable in there,there was a " staff " member wearing just a bra paired with jeans this attire in the workplace shouldn't be acceptable it's absolutely disgusting and highly inappropriate!Flaunt what you have when your normal in work.Also, staff always chatting and too busy to help customers. So unprofessional

No one on the shop floor to ask for a different shoe size (shoes on top floor, tills and only staff on bottom floor). No greeting at the till, no care over my items, no thank you or goodbye. I left with my jaw on the ground.

New Look Grand Arcade Cambridge. Every time I have been there changing rooms really filthy. Someone needs to periodically sweep the changing room floors as really full of dust and fluff and dirt. Curtains dirty walls dirty with people's dirty remnants. Changing rooms in need of a serious face-lift, paint walls change curtains clean floors..preferably with wipe down paint and curtains. It's disgusting..do something about it. It really puts the grand arcade down.
