I was refused to get my car checked from Brian, the most insolent and rudest garage manager I ever met. He refused to check glow plugs saying that they don't do this service in their garage and asked me to find another garage to check brakes. I felt mistreated, unwelcome and harassed in this garage and is not first time unfortunately.If you owned Fiat brand don't go there he won't fix Italian cars.

I had booked my service and MOT they had cancel my appointment in last minute and also their customer service is not good. I recommend to other halford garage not this one really disappointed.

I had four tyres fitted to a high performance SUV. The price for the manufacturer spec premium brand tyres was the best on the market and the mobile technician turned up exactly on time and was highly professional. I have not noticed any disbalance after some spirited driving (which is better than certain specialist tyre shops managed in the past). Based on my experience I can recommend National Tyres Cambridge mobile fitting.

After I discovered all 4 of my tires had been cut I needed a full new set installed on a Sunday.National Tyre and Auto autocare the only company who answered the phone and they provided excellent customer service throughout. Highly recommended.

Staff at the Newmarket Road Cambridge store bike department are amazing! I cannot thank them enough for their professional support and assistance when recently purchasing my new electric bike on the Cycle2work scheme. We visited the store on numerous occasions asking many questions and staff never tired of us! The staff are professional, courteous and helpful, thank you very much for making my purchase experience so much easier!
