I am familiar with the South African Nandos, I enjoyed some of the familiarity of Nandos redone for the UK. We will be back.

Came in for a meal with my family. 3 meals came fine with a large portion of chips on the plate and warm burgers. One order of the cheesy chickle burger came to the table stone cold in the middle, so was sent back to the kitchen in hope of a warm one returning back promptly.
Disappointingly, there was a wait for the new burger and most of us had nearly finished our meal by this point. The waitress, who was very sweet and apologetic and I do feel bad as it wasn?t her fault, waited at the table to check the burger was okay. It wasn?t, with the chicken still cold in the middle.
The manager then came to the table to also apologise and offer another burger, but we had all finished. He said that the reason the burger might?ve been cold was that the pickles are refrigerated, but this shouldn?t affect hot chicken off the grill to such an extent that the middle of the chicken fillet would be cold.
We were offered a refund which was only the cost of the burger not the full meal and was returned as cash.
The table we were on was situated next to the ice cream machine which in intervals would churn out warm air onto our faces and backs of head.
With the sunlight coming into the restaurant, it was also obvious how dusty the place is, with thick coatings of dust on the light shades and cobwebs on the wooden posts. Very filthy and not well looked after.
This meal was completely unlike any other I have had at this Nando?s, with most experiences being lovely and the food delivered hot and fresh. Seeing the food left on the pass for long amounts of time made me realise that maybe things are being neglected or they have been short of staff.
Will probably reconsider my options when coming out for lunch again, and this will not be our go to like it usually is.

Food is great like other Nando's the service could be better here at this location. Bottomless ice cream machine turned off one hour before advertised closure presumably so staff could start cleanup duties, essentially short changing people that had purchased this item.

Bit worried at first when told at the door that we had a waiting time of 15 mins but probably only waited about 5 mins which wasn?t great for a weekend. The table we were given was spacious and not too close to other tables which made it comfortable. Atmosphere was a bit dark though. Ordered the whole chicken meal for two which was great as it was juicy, tender and flavourful even for the chicken breast. The only issue the portions were small but well cooked and not too heavily seasoned. Service was good as well as the staff were friendly and attentive. I?d give 4.5 stars for food if I could but it?s a chain..

Standard Nandos, order was taken wrong, but quickly corrected by the staff. Food is what you'd expect from Nandos, took a while to arrive but it was quite busy.
I'm mostly putting the low ratings as the vegan options are quite limited (as you would expect from a chicken place), but the staff were very helpful in providing detailed ingredient information when I requested it.

Can get busy at the weekends and I don't think you can book during this period. Have had to wait a few times. They make a fuss about accepting the blue light card, have to have proof that you work for NHS?

Lovely food quick service

overall, it was good, I went there on a Saturday evening, though, so I understand that it's probably one of their busier times, but it's nandoes, they had plenty of staff behind the till, but it all seemed a bit disorganised if im being honest, the wait times from order to eating was longer than it should of been, and my chicken thighs arrived more 'Flame grilled' than I would of liked, but the staff were friendly, and they were obviously trying.
so it was good, but not great; food tasted decent just like any other nandoes, but in reality I never went there to have my socks blown off, just for some chicken and chips , which is what I got ??.
Parking: plenty of parking, I think it's a max stay of up to 4 hours .
Kid-friendliness: just as kid friendly as any other nandoes.
Wheelchair accessibility: it was wheelchair accessible.
