Went for evening meal but not a good one. The meal was not great, took long and my food was burnt. Asked for reimbursement but could see the staff was trying there best.

Everything was just the way we like it.
The order was a bit late, but Miss Elin was extremely kind and provided excellent service.
She quickly prepared our order as soon as she could.
The food was delicious.
Of course, I will definitely visit again.
Elin was exceptionally polite and respectful,
and she kept apologizing for a mistake that could happen anywhere.

A great and enjoyable Nandos experience. I have had delicious big cheese, beanie wraps and great imitator meals here. Slightly better than retail park.

Went as a couple. I had visibility of the service area and, as we waited for our order, I saw a burger sitting there for about 10-15 minutes. Then I saw someone pick it up and bring it to me. Unsurprisingly it was cold! They sorted it out quickly but I'm not entirely sure it was correct - tried the new Chuckle, meant to come with a peri tomato relish but appeared more like ketchup. Nothing special.
I still like nandos, the experience won't stop me having nandos again, but I won't be having the Chickle and I'd keep an eye on the service area.

Came here for a cheeky Friday night nandos and it met expectations. Thanks to Poppy who made our night with her wonderful service. Great place for a vino and a catch up!

Rude customer service. Gaslighted me.
After a failure with the ordering system due to a delayed checkout and me not being notified of out of stock due to the delayed order, a male member of staff said I could not have ordered my burger as it was off. He was rude, aggressive and in no way interested in resolving the problem. He was effectively gaslighting me and saying I was lying and did not even consider the ordering system could have failed.
He left 5 minutes later so was obviously the end of his shift so just wanted to go home. Zero customer service skills.
I know nandos is fast food, but this was the pits.

This one is always my go-to when I fancy some peri-peri chicken. Good customer service, always with their smile. Staff service much better than the one at the city centre. Food good as always, tender chicken and mouth-dripping dip sauce. Not very busy when I dined on my own, but probably because it's not peak time (5:30-6:30 PM).
Highly recommend the signature peri-peri wings and boneless thighs.

Isla greeted me a the door with a smile ?, I only wanted a drink and she let me know about the choices and that I would also need to order a side dish if I was wanted to drink... not ideal but I totally understand. The bottle of cider was lovely the nuts were also nice... Thank you Isla ?

Always cosy to visit. Sometimes the chef have the best roasted chicken because timing is perfect, sometimes it could be too dry, understand it is hard to be consistent
