In past 6 years of managing my property Morris Armitage has been reliable and quick to solve any problems that might arise. The transitions between tenants have been managed seemlessly and the rent transfered punctually without delay.

Moving house, could be a very stressful and difficult time, but we had a great experience during this process because of Morris Armitage Cambridge company. Rachel and Nathaniel were very professional kept us updated every day and help us to gain what we planned. We have received a huge support, all the details needed to fully achieved what we needed. In less than 2 weeks we managed to rent the house that we needed. We highly recommend Morris Armitage to all our friends.

We rented a property with Morris Armitage for 2.5 years and had a fantastic experience. Rachel is the kindest person you'll meet. She is understanding and extremely responsive. I cannot recommend the Cambridge branch of MA enough for all things lettings!

Morris Armitage were honest, efficient, supportive, friendly and treated us like people throughout our 6 year tenancy.After a poor experience with another agency we were nervous when renting our next place, but MA put all that apprehension to bed.Any reported issues were, when serious especially, dealt with very promptly and we were kept informed whenever anything was ongoing.Specific and genuine thanks to Nathaniel. From our experience he's a rarity in the industry - he was supportive, always readily available for us and keen to help. He treated us with respect and understanding, and always kept a human touch. For us, absolutely stress-free renting and that was thanks to Nathaniel.

Wouldn?t even rate a 1 star, however not possible to get low enough.Lettings manager Nethanial made false accusations regarding a pet living at the property, claiming he had been past the house several times to check (basically admitting stalking and harassment) making me feel rather uncomfortable.More accusations were sent regarding subletting but wouldn?t be put to me formally - id imagine this would be to try retain the deposit, strong memories of when I first moved into the property Nethanial was proud of the fact he had taken the deposit from the previous tenants and that they weren?t getting it back?Another staff member Rachel refused flat out address an issue I had with the fire alarms, saying it was my responsibility, since when has it ever been a tenants job to sort that out.Was paying almost £2K PCM to be at the property, the least one could have asked for is some basic level of customer service.Terrible service all round, would steer well clear!

I used a couple of big named High St agents before and had terrible experience with both. My only comment is don't use those big names or you will regret. Morris Armitage was recommended by a friend. They are friendly and efficient with reasonable cost. So far I am happy with their services.
