“Was there today to get my laptop fixed that did not charge anymore. They were super friendly and offered to run a diagnosis within 45 min (free of charge). After the diagnosis, the laptop worked again, and I did not have to pay anything. Can highly recommend!”

Sarah was so welcoming when i walked in and she was extremely helpful, she asked Will to get me a price for the unlocking, who stopped what he was doing straight away to have a look and in the meantime Sarah tried another sim card in my phone and it was confirmed there was no need to pay for the phone to be unlocked as it already was!! They both went above and beyond for me, and saved me money, i would highly recommend anyone wanting to use a phone shop to come here!!! Excellent service!!”
