This my local outlet but is such a disappointment to the franchise. Every time I go there I get sent to a bay to wait for the order. This time, not even the drinks were given to me at the window. Food is often missing from the order and the food is often cold. It's a real shame and none of the staff seem to care. I assume the franchise don't either as it's been like this since I've known the branch.

Feel absolutely robbed by the private parking company hear charging £100 to stay for over an hour. Beware - do NOT stay longer than an hour (i.e. don't buy your children mcflurries and stay a little longer). I understand this is not McDonalds but MET Parking but unfortunately, this made the meal, service etc not worth it!!
Parking: Parking is only for an hour - do not get robbed by MET parking

Busy but fast service. The food was as you would expect and it was clean and tidy.
We visited at 5pm which was busy, but they were quick and efficient.

Stopped off here whilst travelling to Stansted Airport for a flight. Plenty of parking and not too busy inside. Lots of people using the drive thru. Ordered on the app and food was quickly brought to the table. My Quarter Pounder had a lot of flavour and was excellent. Fries were good. Enjoyed the limited edition Terry's Chocolate desert. Good value and hassle free experience in getting food on the go.
Parking: Can only park for 60 minutes. See signs for details of the restrictions.

The staff are lovely, and the food is consistent, but there is one particular issue at this location that the McDonald's corporate overlords seem to be more than happy to overlook, so this review is directed at them rather than anyone who works here. That being said:
Fix the bloody receipt printers on the kiosks! They've been broken for actual years at this point! I can't be dealing with the microsecond of time you get to see what order number I am on the screen before it thanks me for my purchase. Either fix the receipt printers or fix the software so I can actually see the order number for long enough to read it! It's beyond a joke at this point!

Was asked to park off away from window. This is so they can fudge their timings / KPI which I?m sure head office wouldn?t agree with.
Was served half a coffee?. Literally paid for a medium caramel latte and was served less than half a cup?..
