A lot if hgv parking bays,clean and plenty of food options

Half of my order was wrong, the milkshake wasn't mixed at all as it just had syrup, i ordered mozzarella sticks with salsa and instead got chicken selects, the onions in the burger were raw which is not really a big problem to me but it didn't really taste as good. Also the staff looked very unbothered. Not happy.

Outstanding as far as it goes as around 30 minutes from Stansted and open 24 hours. Had a lovely staff member who went above and beyond to ensure I had a good experience, even at 2am in the morning.

Always a busy place. Touch screen use is non stop. 2 days before Christmas and this service area was packed full!! Food and service was great and quick. Food was to a good standard and freshly cooked as the turnover of customers was incredibly high .No chance of getting cold chips which is sometimes an issue with this type of fast food outlet.
Vegetarian options: Small amount of vegetarian options
Parking: 600+ spaces with truck and coach parking. Dedicated EV charging area with budget chain hotel next door.
Kid-friendliness: Motorway service area so not an enclosed bespoke childrens area
Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible as inside a motorway service area

Part of Cambridge services complex fast service & good fast food, plenty of seating & varied eatery's. Also plenty of parking best parking on overflow side by lorry area parking. Plenty of disabled & family parking too by front entrance of complex. There are also car charging point adjacent to disabled bays.
Dietary restrictions: Just tell staff
Kid-friendliness: Very Kid Friendly
Wheelchair accessibility: Very good
