I ordered from the app and didn?t receive my delivery. The rider didn?t even call me but finished the order. I wasn?t able to contact the rider and I cannot get my refund. I?m hungry and furious and I lost my money. What a waste of time and money. Never gonna eat here anymore.

One of the poorest takeout experience that I?ve ever had. I ordered two ice creams at 6am on Deliveroo. I?ve waited for an hour with my phone right next to me, and I was keeping tracking that order and it said the restaurant was preparing the order. The most ridiculous thing is when I called the restaurant an hour later, they told me that they were trying to reach out to me. But the fact is that I received no phone calls. At the very end they hung up the phone directly. My personal advice to the restaurant is that when the capability of the restaurant is considered not sufficient to prepare a particular item, then there is a necessity to remove that item from the list. Besides, the problem-solving ability, patience, and the capacity to work under pressure of the personnel answering the phone all need to be improved. This is the first ever time that I wrote such a long comment, and that?s because the service absolutely deserves it.

great service slightly long waiting times and a little bit difficult to use the iPad machines i would suggest support for those people struggling to use the machines yes I know thay don't have use them but just a suggestion .? ?

Staff is very polite and cooperative. My cell ? battery died and they charged it for me. food was fresh and the atmosphere is cozy

Good afternoon,
I apologise for sending this message to begin with however I am incredibly disappointed in the delivery process and refund process McDonalds has. I have called multiple times the complaint call and explained my case and due to the procedure which is set in place was dismissed and left disappointed.
I ordered my food to my correct address and the driver posted my food at a different door that had the same number. (Provided are the two doors the brown one is mine). I complained and tried to explain that these address are not dar from eachother the pink one is on james st and the brown one my one is on the address given. In the end if constant calling i went to go knock at the peoples house where the food was delivered and they said that he dropped it off and then came back and took it. However because the picture was taken this counted as it being delivered. Not only have we paid and spent our money which we can not get a refund for we also did not have anything to eat and nothing was done. I am honestly just sad and would love for this to be resolved in anyway it can. Thank you.

Just ate two delectable chicken wraps and my boyfriend had the £5 meal deal. It is a quite unknown establishment and I would highly reccomend for anyone passing through the area as I believe it is unique to Cambridge. I love the sign they have outside you really can?t miss it don?t know why others don?t do them same. Overall had a lovely dinner and should highly recommend will be coming back again. Only thing I can say is that it is a bit pricey but worth it for the quality of the food. Xx

Usual McDonald's.
Beware that on busy nights the clients are a bit "dodgy" to say the least.
For some reason it attracts some "particular" demographics of Cambridge.
This is why they usually have at least 3 or 4 door staff keeping an eye on such clients. ?
