I visited Cambridge while on holiday in a nearby village and stopped by this venue for lunch. On the plus side, the atmosphere is nice and the servers are lovely. Unfortunately, the food fell short. I ordered the Korean fried chicken, which took a while to arrive. When it came, it was smothered in an overpowering sauce. I had to send it back after just one bite - something I?ve never done before. The staff kindly remade it without the sauce, and didn't charge me for the new batch. However, the chicken was still awful - overcooked, and I suspect the sauce was meant to mask the poor cooking. I'd advise against ordering this dish.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner here (Asian inspired food). Drinks selection was good. Staff were friendly and helpful and service was prompt (on a Saturday night). I also liked the decor, atmosphere. Very central location in Cambridge centre.

don't let guide dogs in. shame on you, market house

This restaurant is happy to break the law and refuse access to a blind person accompanied by their guide dog. This is directly against the equality act 2010 and illegal. It is time restaurants were called out for this sort of discrimination against people with disabilities.

Oh dear! Another establishment that is unaware of disability law and excluded a visually impaired person because of her Guide Dog. Let?s hope their attitude to training staff about food safety is a little better.

I was amazed at how delicious every dish was! The flavors were so delicate and refined.
The interior was stylish and incredibly comfortable. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and the service was excellent!
I?d love to come back again!

Surprisingly Good
Expectations was really low because the menu was not so special in my memory.
Attracted by the seafood options one day therefore entered the restaurant.
The starters and mains tasted good. It was set menu but surprisingly good. Reasonable prices.
The fish&chips had basic seasoning. No need to put salt onto the fish at all. To those without basic seasoning inside the fillet, I would doubt if the chef has cooking skills.
The cod dish tasted good. It's an unusual style to experience.
The restaurant is much bigger than I thought. Looked very modern and clean.
The toilets are a bit too small and narrow.
The service was good.
I have no idea if the menu would change regularly, but at least the menu this time was satisfactory to me.
