It?s insane the attitude of the girls working there. They literally treat you as doing you a favour when you pay for your clothes.It's probably worthy go to London or buy online.

Always my favourite - love mango collections. There were plenty of spring colours and office wear and smart casual clothing for very reasonable pricing.Clothes seem to be good quality materials too. Highly recommended

I ordered some things on Black Friday LAST YEAR and the clothes came ONE MONTH later. I didn't like any of the clothes because the quality was BAD and the sizes were off so I logged a return. It has now been THREE MONTHS since the courier company picked up my clothes and I still haven't received my refund. I've probably emailed Mango close to 20 times throughout and haven't received much help.Heed my warning: do not EVER buy clothes (online) from Mango.

Never been in this store which has been here a short while. Pleasantly surprised. Lovely items in there, good quality too. Went downstairs and even the children?s items were priced reasonably. Would visit again!

I visited MANGO in Cambridge last week at 10.00 a.m. on a Sunday as Google advised that was the opening time. The shop was closed and I was en route to London with very little time to spare. I called the store to ask why it wasn't open and the manager said Sunday opening was at 11.00 not 10.00. and that Google had the wrong times. I explained my situation and that I needed to return an item and that I don't live anywhere near a Mango store and needed to get to London. The manager (Brauno) opened the store for me to enable to me obtain my refund. He was so friendly and helpful and went out of his way to do this task for me, having to set up a cash point to do this much earlier than needed. A lot of people would not have done that. Especially as I was returning an item. This was an exceptionally good act not only of excellent customer service but also kindness. Something that is sadly lacking in many business these days. Thank you Brauno!

I went there the other day with my girlfriend, I visited other mango stores before but in london.This one gave me the same feeling, great selection, amazing staff ? and as usual my girl was happy with what we got her in the end. There was this one staff thought, I think she was ? Jamaican not sure, nevertheless she was quite all I don't remember the name...she was quite helpful, thank you ?

I went to pick up a pair of shoes from under a clothes stand and there was rolls of dust. Clearly not been cleaned in a very long time.Not the usual Mango standard!
