Raidah, what a super sales girl you are . I came to buy a shampoo , ended up buying a conditioner , a hand cream and 2 soap bars . She was an amazing fellow to shop with ? m so glad I asked her to help me . The trip ended up with a nice hand treatment by her , a few samples as my birthday gift and a great idea to wrap up my shopping as a gift to myself on my Birthday. I am looking forward to shop with her again at the store . Such a pleasing experience. She deserves a nice incentive . I wish this hardworking , dedicated and wonderful young lady all the best . Yesterday I popped in to drop off some empty containers. I was served by Raidah, who was a delight. She explained how my containers could be converted and recommended I try some face masks. She sat me down and showed me some of the face masks that might suit my skin. She then offered me a free hand and arm massage, which was very welcome! She was chatty and personable and reminded me why I love Lush products so much! I'll definitely be back.

Raidah served me today and gave this tired pregnant woman an absolutely amazing pampering! Starting with a hand and arm massage and then a scalp massage, she was incredible. Raidah talked me through the face masks, sorted me a sample and when I went to pay for my item she came over and gave me a free eye mask! A pure angel.

I was given a skin care tutorial by Nellie in the Cambridge store today, she was very informative and understanding of my skin concerns. She gave me a full skin care routine and explained the ingredients and usage of each product. Nellie is a lovely asset to the team.
