American brand name selling yoga clothes and sports clothes.When you enter the shop , always smell fresh and feel energetic.Good quality , nice and friendly staff.If you think the price is a bit high, go to Bicester Village outlet, 30% off of the retail shop.

I guess I should have expected this. Our kids stopped shopping here a few years ago due to Lulu?s very poor environmental and ethical manufacturing record, now I tried to have them perform their repair or replace policy and a shirt I got as a gift that the seams failed on in under a year and they said I needed proof of purchase. Its a Lululemon shirt. If they are going to talk the talk, they need to walk the walk like Nike, North Face and Patagonia. They lost us and our friends as customers.

My friend and I visited this Lululemon Store as we were looking to find matching outfits for an upcoming dance festival. The team, especially Aurelia, Duane, Yana, Iona, Agathe, and Sean, were super helpful, friendly, and so kind to us as we basically tried on the entire store. Also a big thanks to Duane, who helped with sizing and sorted the hemming order for my friend's pants.

Attempted to perchase a gift, never again!Incredibly poor customer service, delivery 'delayed in warehouse' for over 10 days and will remain so, for additional 4 days. No way of making a complaint online, via telephone or email, they only like 'feedback' which they admit will not respond to!
