“I recently bought a mattress from Dreams, and overall the experience has been excellent.

In-store, I was assisted by Carlos, who was super friendly and never pressured me he just let me take my time to decide. I’d also looked around other retailers like Bensons, John Lewis and online, but the service here really stood out. I was even given a discount and a free bed cover, which was a lovely bonus.

On delivery, there were a couple of issues: the stitching on the mattress was a little loose, the tags were attached in a way that could cause damage if pulled, and the bed cover was slightly dirty. I contacted customer service and although it took almost a week to get a reply, when they did respond, they went above and beyond. Instead of just offering a discount (which I expected), they replaced everything without hesitation I was genuinely impressed.

The email rescheduling system didn’t work for me, but a quick call to customer service had it sorted quickly and the team were very friendly. The second delivery was flawless fast, professional, and the drivers took the time to explain everything properly.

Although not perfect, the way Dreams handled my concerns gave me complete confidence in them. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds makes all the difference, and Dreams Cambridge really showed how much they care about their customers.”

“We have stayed here numerous times over the last few years. Our daughter lives very close to Wallis farmhouse and when all the family from yorkshire visit we book a room or 2 here. It is just perfect - comfortable, very clean, and has a lovely country feel. The kids love the tree house in the beautiful garden and a walk up to see the chickens and sheep. There is outside seating to each room which is lovely in the summer months. Will, the owner, leaves a few essentials for your arrival which is very convenient and thoughtful. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you again Will for our recent visit!”

“A realy great store l could spend hours in there! I recently had to return a faulty item and they replaced it straightaway with no questions asked. I always find the staff knowledgeable and friendly and they go out of their way to help. They also offer free home delivery. Excellent.”

“Ive stopped here with a few friends when travelling back from Ipswich / Mildenhall Suffolk and every time we visit we cannot fault it.
The rooms could do with an upgrade but they’re comfortable.
I unfortunately injured my arm while in Mildenhall and the guy who was serving that evening really did go out of his way. He bought me an ice pack over which really made it comfortable for me and eased the pain off. He offered to help with bags to the room but we was ok with this and even offered to bring drinks to the table for me. He really was so kind and polite!
I wish I got his name to really praise him!

Parking is great, service is always great, rooms are clean, close to the A14 so its convenient to carry on the journey back home.
Could do with more pillows in the rooms.”

“Equidistant between Norwich and London, the Linton Travel Tavern is the ideal place to stay if you are waiting for your divorce to come through. I spent 183 days here!The full English breakfast is the best but I cheated and used a 12" plate! They never noticed! The receptionist called Sophie is really sweet but has a habit of cracking up at any moment. Michael the handyman/barman is an ex-soldier and will tell you about his experiences in the army. He also will help you out in an emergency, he even tried to remove graffiti from my Rover 800! What a star!The bar is well-stocked and it was there I invented my signature cocktail the Ladyboy (gin and tonic, pint of bitter, Bailey's chaser) before filming began on a commercial for Hamilton's water breaks. The producer and director were seriously impressed, I could tell!My room was very comfortable and had everything including pay TV, tea and coffee-making facilties and a Corby trouser press. Unfortunately one day I was so bored I dismantled it and had to get help from Michael to put it back together again.I liked it so much, when I had to leave I even held a party in my room for the staff.”

“So we had to stay a week here due to repaired to our home. Everyone has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. I wish to give a special thank you to several wonderful staff. Paula the wonderful breakfast supervisor with early warm welcome every morning and extreamlyfriendly and helpful. Kacopina for being amazing server going above and beyond to help us. Nadia who maybe just learning the ropes but is extreamly polite and friendly. Malik for being very efficient and organised and very helpful and finally the wonderful Genna who cooked amazing food and made effort to check with us over food allergy and severed us our meal with friendly smile and chat making. Everyone made us feel welcome and it was extreamly appreciated while we where in limbo with repaired. A massive thank you to you all.”
