Came in to get my car looked at before my driving test. The service was quick and amazing. Andy was very helpful, showing me about all the the stuff to know in the engine that I need, filling up the coolant, oil and windshield washer fluid. He was a great help and will defiantly return.

They lost my locking wheel nut key, asked to come back and they looked for it but they couldn?t find it. I was told they will replace it and to come back again, when I came back they just had another look in the car and said that I had bags of trash in the car. Yes, I do because I have not cleaned the car yet in case it is there but it wasn?t! They then told me they left it there near the hand brake but it wasn?t there at all. They took it from the glove box and I expected them to put it back there but they didn?t! They?re the only ones who lost it from all the garages I have been to! They said they?ll order it for me, took my number and reg and said they?ll call me once it?s there. No call after a week, I had to call back myself and was told to come back again and they?re not even sure if they?ll replace it. I have been nice and understanding but losing the key could be such a hassle and costly!

Very polite helpful and friendly staff. The tyre technician is very courteous and kind.
I came in with tyre pressure on my dashboard. Now I can't do this myself. I was recommended by friends and family. Luckily my car was great with having a tpms sensors so I knew which tyre needed air.
I had a puncture and the tyre technician was very helpful and showed me the cause of the puncture which was a nail. I have builders around my home. This explained it. He was very polite and helpful.
I had a new tpms sensors installed and a new tyres as my tyres were nearly illegal to be driven on.

I had an alignment check done recently and I was shown the damages a pot hole can do to my cars alignment. I've decided to go ahead and since having this done my car feels so much better. Paul explained and gave me paper work with the car before and after which was incredible. This explains why I felt my car was driving strangely. I highly reccomend an alignment check especially in Cambridge with these roads.
The team have always been polite courteous and friendly.

I took my car to have its TPMS investigated, as it was throwing up typre-pressure related warning lights and error notices. Had all 4 sensors changed but they weren't checked and programmed properly, so the issue persisted. After 3 visits during my work days, which was highly inconvenient, this was eventually sorted by the area manager who reset one of the sensors and told me that it hadn't been done carefully enough in the first place. The customer service I received from the managers was generally of a good standard; friendly, sympathetic and professional. However some of the garage staff need a lesson in basic customer communication, as the main mechanic/technician with red hair has a terrible, careless attitude and comes across very rude and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I won't be returning to KwikFit Bar Hill anytime soon

Had an excellent experience here. I was having issues with my tyre pressure and couldn?t fill it properly at Tesco, so I came here instead. The staff were extremely helpful, sorted it out quickly, and didn?t even charge me. Perfect service ? highly recommended!

Called in without an appointment, having developed an alarmingly loud noise from the front of my car.
No introduction was necessary as the guys could hear me arriving from a few hundred yards away, that loud!
The team were faultless and immediately put the car onto the ramp where they discovered a stone that had become wedged between the caliper and brake disc.
Thankfully resolved within 15 minutes and free of charge, absolutely outstanding service!

I was in for the brake fluid change. Very friendly guys at reception. Car went in and out at the promised time. They went an extra mile and did check my wheel bearings, which I was worried about. Can't fault the service I have received. It is a exemplarily!

I have changed my review as I think the way this garage deals MOT is a bit of a joke. Last year I had the MOT here, they have told me the MOT tester is ill and delayed it for a week.
This year their ramp is broken. I wouldn?t mind that either to be honest after the representative told me it will have to move a week, but then we actually proceeded to book it miraculously 7 days became 11 days. I don?t know what kind of operation this garage is conducting, but sounds like something is very off operationally. I think the bottom line is, I value my time and I don?t have patience every year to deal with this when I can just book an MOT elsewhere and just come and do it normally, like one should. Asked for a refund hopefully it comes soon so I can pay for it elsewhere. Can?t waste any more time.
