I went in to get Mot done. my Mot failed due to mobile phone holder attached to screen . I removed it in 2 mins but was asked to visit again next day to get Mot done again. Next day it took 5 mins to get mot passed. I HAD TO TRAVEL 50 miles just for this.surely you guys can improve on customer orientation nbe better at it if you wants customer revisiting you again.

God forgive me, just recently I have started to lose faith in people. I was thinking nobody cares, everyone wants to rip everyone off. And I have been to a couple of different tyre companies recently. So I wasn't expecting too much when I got to Kwik Fit. Without an appointment I was served straight away with a smile and an excellent job on my car. What a difference, care and attention, it really made my day. Ok so I got home to a flood in my bathroom but it didn't faze me, my sprites had been lifted. Thank you Kwik Fit. Next time I'm feeling down I'll try to find something wrong with my car.

They lost my car key!After waiting over an hour while they turned the place upside down and called other customers back to check their cars for my key they eventually paid for me to get a taxi home. They did then collect my spare and drop my car back to me which was good but they also promised to call to let me know the plan for getting a new key sorted. I haven't heard from them and there's no answer when I call. I've now got to go to the dealer to sort out a new key. I will most certainly be forwarding the invoice onto them.
