Visited them twice recently, first time on a Saturday afternoon when they got me back on the road after a blow out by contacting another of their sites who had the correct tyre, second time today to have tracking checked. Booked for 3.30pm on line which is exactly what time my car was put on the ramp, staff are incredibly helpful and courteous. Highly recommend.

Called yesterday after having a blow out near Gog Magog. They did have the tyre needed after Cherry Hinton checked ahead. The tyre replaced and balanced in under 15 minutes so we could get it back to the car and back on the road again. All completed with courtesy and a smile - Thank you!

The technician explained what he was doing to find the issue and then showed me his finding and what needed to be done to put it right. Very happy with the good friendly service and a reasonable price.

Paid for a full service, I left with the car in worse shape. Told me there was a nail in new tyre the car, I would have happily paid for a new tyre but luckily they didn't give me the option so had Halfords come round and tell me it was completely fine. Just one of a few issues that made me understand to avoid this please in the future.

Over the past Two years, Kwik-Fit has repeatedly cancelled my mother?s MOT appointments just hours before the scheduled time, causing major inconvenience.
How can a company operate like this? Their service is a joke, and they clearly don?t respect customers? time.
Avoid Kwik-Fit if you need reliable bookings or decent customer service. There are far better garages out there that won?t waste your time.

Got a puncture last night that was repairable. Phoned several places first thing this morning (Sunday) and no one would do it. Kwik Fit on Newmarket Road in Cambridge said bring it in and had it done really quickly and no stress. Extremely friendly and helpful guy - couldn?t recommend highly enough!!
Staff could not have been more helpful and did an excellent job could not have been happier with the level of service first time I've used Kwik fit but certainly will in future
