I went into the store, at 9am on 15/11/24. I was there to redeem a coupon for free donuts.
The young lady, at the till, with dyed, reddish hair, practically threw the box onto the counter.
I sent a friend of mine in three hours time to the same store. Never said a word about the service. She came back and told me how disappointed she was in the customer service. Same young lady.
My recommendation is to send her for re-training in customer service. She was awful! Or hire someone, that actually appreciates working at Krispy Kreme.

My recent visit to Krispy Kreme was disappointing. The girl at the till was rude, barely acknowledged us, and seemed completely uninterested. After we left, I saw her on her phone, clearly not caring about her job. On top of that, the shop closes early, and they had a minimal selection of donuts available. For what seems like an easy job, the service was terrible. I won?t be going back anytime soon.

Girl who served me was incredibly rude. Also basically threw the bag my food was in onto the counter. I do not really have the urge to go back. I hope she can heal from whatever was hurting her on that day.

I wish i could give this establishment half a star.
The young man who served me and my friends was rude from the moment we walked into the store until we left the store. We visited on 20/06/24 at 1:30pm. When i was asked for my order i clearly stated my wishes and was outright ignored, i know this as the worker stated, "i'm being honest i didn't listen to any of that." in a rude and uncaring tone. The reason for his negligence was that he was on his personal mobile phone during work hours, which is highly unprofessional on his part. When preparing my order, another young man walked into the establishment to ask me a question about one of the nearby shops, and the worker felt it was necessary for him to answer this gentleman's question extremely rudely and ignorantly despite him not being asked directly. After 'helping' the young man, the worker then swore under his breath as the young man's first language was clearly not english and he was struggling to ask me a question. This left the young gentleman feeling ashamed and embarrassed. I hope you take the necessary actions to apprehend this member of staff working on this day at that time and that he is rightly punished for his wrong doings.

We tried donuts and these were good but very pricey. Overall, it wasn't good value for money. But, if someone can afford it, then this is something you should give it a try, you may like it.

Who doesn't love a Krispy Kreme donut? Always a delicious treat and you can't go wrong with the original glazed. Recommend going in the morning as the selection dwindles during the day. Very small shop, not always easy getting in and out.

I often buy KK doughnuts and I don?t really mind that sometimes i don?t get the best customer service but one day really annoyed me because i have just been served by the rudest staff. I went to buy doughnuts at nearly 6pm i think that was 11 October wednesday, so probably nearly closing time. I was pointing on the glass for my order and i think that is normal. Also I didn?t realise i was. He was very upset and saying hands off from the glass. He did not say it kindly or even bother to explain that He probably have cleaned it already. i get that but the way he talked to me was really unkind. Maybe next time you should put a warning on the glass saying hands off the glass so you won?t have to offend customers. Also while i was telling him my order he was so rude and sarcastic saying we don?t have honey glazed. But what i really mean is original glazed and i think he gets that already coz there is other doughnut that ends with glazed. He was not smiling seemed upset the whole time and when it was time to pay just left the machine to be tapped and left me as he went to another customer. Really annoying. Should train this lad for better customer service.

Miserable guy at the desk, he left a sign saying back in 30 mins, then didn?t say sorry for the wait, I said is there a chance I could get a free donut as it?s my birthday. He instantly said ?No, you need the app.? Very grumpy, young curly hair young lad. Donuts were amazing though
