Me and my boy went in this morning for the first time, the staff are friendly and the the quality of the stuff in there looks exceptional.Looking forward to the new store opening and seeing the amount of stuff they will then have.

My favourite pet shop in Cambridge for my dog. Loads of fun treats, good toys, and quality kibble. Not as big as some others, but they have lots of high-quality items and everything I want so less wading through stuff I don't. I let my dog have a sniff and pick out his treat, which is always something weird like bull testicles, but it's for him so I guess whatever.

I take my Springer pup Rosie in here all the time and couldn't ask for a better experience. You're always greeted by a lovely smile and a warm welcome. The staff are incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable, whatever your question. They have a fantastic selection of treats and the doodles deli items are amazing. There's also a great range of other items both upstairs and down and if you don't see what you want, just ask. A true gem of a shop thanks to the wonderful people who work here. Google should allow you to add a '+' after the 5 stars for places like this that are positively outstanding.

Went in today heavily pregnant to get dog food! The two women were beyond helpful and so bloody lovely! One even carried my massive bag of dog food next door for my other half to bring home after work! Honestly beyond helpful and so nice!
