I was kindly booked a wedding scent consultation by my best friend and we had the lovely Alex help us and talk through the options. Alex was really knowledgeable, helpful and a good person to have on the journey. I would like to thank Alex for helping create such a special part of the wedding day.

I booked a wedding scent consultation for my best friend Lauren as a surprise. As we arrived we were greeted by Alex who was absolutely amazing, she made us feel so welcome, her friendliness, knowledge and kindness made the whole experience so special. She is a real credit to the team and we can?t thank her enough.

Visited the store today to pick my wedding scent with one of my bridesmaids and Alex was amazing she made us feel so welcome and really helped me choose my scent. We had so many to choose from it was so hard as was so lovely. We had an arm and hand massage and a glass of Prosecco. She was so chatty and friendly she really is an asset to the store. We left smelling amazing and I left with my wedding scent can?t thank Alex enough for how welcoming she made us feel. Defiantly be back for a visit again to purchase another scent I loved!

Staff wouldn?t honour my exchange of a ?lime basil? candle for an ?English pear? candle despite bank/credit card statements and proof on their system that I had purchased it prior on 30/11.(I misplaced the receipt but this has not been a problem before when I?ve had bank statements and the purchase logged/confirmed on the till-system). The candle was a Christmas present, so I was unaware it was the wrong product until my mother unwrapped it on Christmas Day! I didn?t feel the need to check the product was the right one as it was beautiful wrapped (again, Christmas present so I didn?t want to ruin its wrapping) and I had asked for the ?English pear? in the first place).One phone call to the St Albans branch and all is resolved. Glad I can get my exchange sorted in their store instead.Not the JM service I?ve ever experience before.

Had the loveliest afternoon buying my wedding scent in Jo Malones Cambridge branch. Louise was so lovely and helpful, she recommended so many scents and alternative options and even pampered me by showing the the shower oil on my hands as well as the body cream and perfume. I left feeling so content and happy with the scent I?ve chosen for my wedding day and Louise really did go above and beyond and exceeded all my expectations. She was such a lovely friendly lady who just really seemed interested and as excited for my wedding day as I am, and genuinely wanted to help! She really was amazing and a breathe of fresh air. Thank you so much Louise, I left your store smelling incredible and with my lovely wedding scent to use!
