Sales assistants were polite but I waited 1 hour 30 minutes for a pair of trainers in my size that I was 100% planning to spend big bucks on - asked 3 times (every 30 minutes) for updates and no one got back to me. Waisted my time and very sad to not be able to treat myself that day. Boo ?

Very bad customer service . Especially the manager in the store. I just came store to exchange my product. But the manager lady she told that she can?t do that for me. I got the product in offer price when I came today the offer is changed. That?s not my problem. That?s their responsibility to give me next size .am ready to return the product. But the manager not ready to give the other one . What is this ??? It?s not at all my fault. Their responsibility to care the customer. Otherwise they should explain first time when I buy product , if the price change I cant exchange the product with same price . Then didn?t tell anything. And in my bill it?s clearly mentioned that I can exchange the product with good condition within 28 days. Her attitude towards the customer is not acceptable. Really worst experience ever.

Poor service no one on the fitting rooms my child had to try on in the shop?. Staff hiding out the way one at the front of shop staring in to the abyss?. The till staff asking for addresses details just serve people and get the line to an orderly size ?. Gave up and left spend our money else where

My one star review purely reflects the attitude of the store manager. The most unhelpful, ignorant, rude person I have ever had the displeasure of coming across (working ) in a retail environment!! When I approached her (Kat) I believe her name was, to ask her a question, she told me to ask a member of her staff!!! I did ask I member of her staff but only for her name!! Then walked out and made my purchases elsewhere!! No wonder the staff in this store are never happy working under her regime.

I?m so curious if JD offer proper training on staff? I bought a pair of shoes on Monday, went home and find out one is size 7.5 and the other one is size 8 they also seems dirty as well. So I went back to return them on Tuesday, staff who worked on counter so unfriendly, didn?t even been apologies for this situations, didn?t even offer to change a new pair of shoes, showing a poker face all the time when she served customer. I feel so unwelcome as a customer in JD.

Fantastic friendly staff I was spotted by supervisor straight away and was helped without me having to ask very quick and effortless way to buy shoes and trainers highly recommended and fantastic offers

I?m sorry to say when visiting jd today in grand arcade. I?m pretty sure It was a staff member. Didn?t know as they didn?t have id or the badge to be specific. The women that was putting out t-shirts with long hair, quite a big build, short. I know it may be sensitive but In a place of service she has a very funky smell. I couldn?t stand by it and what I see I expected in jd wasn?t met. It?s disappointing how People in customer service will not take care of their hygiene given that they have to maintain a face to face presentation to customers. I had to walk away asap. This was vey poor and as for jd, I expect to see it solved. I didn?t know who to complaint to hence I?m here. Sorry if I come across rude. Many thanks. Mr Walters.

Went to buy a pair of £150 trainers. Had dirty lace on one. Asked them to change them and said can't sorry and last pair, buy or don't. Very bad customer service. I spend a lot in JD each month but will be going elsewhere from now now. Show some pride in what you do.

Goods usual like in the other stores.
Changing rooms are opened by staff.
At the checkout, the cashier typed a tip into the card terminal. Since I didn't respond, he deleted it again. Please don't.

I suffer from chronic ingrown toenails so my doctor advised me to wear open toe shoes such as sandals and flipflops. However, when I ordered a pair they were mismatched and now I can?t wear them!!!
