Very slow and inefficient service, some adolescent members of staff seem to be totally disconnected from customer needs and when asked for help or clarification demonstrate passive aggressive behaviour.

Loved their nutty chocolate.
Used to be a really good shop, but since they've been bought out by Mars their prices have increased and they only restock every two weeks and so they frequently run out of my favourites. Shame as it used to be a local company with really good quality chocolate .

This is one of the best Hotel Chocolate cafes I've been to. It's part of but separate to the shop and has more seating than the average hotel chocolat. Their hot chocolat is delicious as is the ginger and cacao tea.

Visited the store on 19/01. The lady at the front of the shop with the black forest hot chocolate samples did a good job of convincing and upselling the velvetiser and even suggested favourable flavours to go with. She needs a raise or a bonus or

During this festive season when your waitess refuse to give my child an ice-cream cone without ice-cream along with all other drinks we ordered, even though me as a parent was willing to pay the extra price for the cone, without a second thought I can say -#NeverComingBack .I believe some of your employees has to put an extra effort to learn math and manners as I could see both lacking in them
