You shouldn't let people into the shop if you have the policy of not letting us use the fitting rooms 30 mins prior to closing the store - according to a staff member. I wasted my time not only rushing to get to your store before you closed, but also browsing around to be told I can't use the fitting rooms because you close in 10-15 mins. Reading the reviews, it seems this is not only my experience. To others, I'd recommend going to M&S which does let you try stuff on until their closing time.

The worst H&M that I have ever been to, in the world!
The clothes are not the issue but the staff. Such an arrogant and rude lot who does not even know how to extend courtesy towards others. The staff members are always moving around the store like zombies not caring whether they're in someone's way especially someone like me who is pushing around a stroller. And then when my toddler dropped her hat in the store and I went back to collect it 5 minutes after they closed the store, they just kept saying that come back tomorrow. I don't live in the city, so I am not going to bloody come the next day. Not ever coming back to this store.

This is my preferred h+m in Cambridge. Compared to the other one at the grafton this one is just for men and women and so therefore has more space for women's and men's clothing. Always am able to find good basics and clothing.

My partner went to pick up an order today that was ?ready for collection? and the member of staff redirected him to the grafton store as they said this wasn?t bradwells court?! Yet it was the correct store for collection. I called up H&M and all they could say was a robotic repeatative answer of ?well sometimes the advanced tracking says this but it means you still should allow 3-5 working days for collection? I?ve never had this issue with any other store collections before. When it says it?s ready to collect with a code it means it?s ready to collect ! Absolute joke and waste of time.

Cambridge has One of the worst H n M stores. From managers to staff, No care Attitude for the customers who are waiting in line to pay for over 30 mins to pay. Two tills with a member of staff on it and 3 Self check out that don?t work properly and no one can get the security tags off clothes for love nor money. When you tell the manager, she runs away and pretend that they?re busy. Great store rubbish staff.

It was really disappointing experience. I came in the last working hour, chose a couple things to try on, but fitting room was closed and it wasn't mentioned in the entrance. So I just wasted my time walking in the shop ?

They have only one fitting room AND IT WAS CLOSED a whole ONE HOUR before the shop was scheduled to close. This is an absolute joke of a clothing store. If I could give zero stars, or a negative amount of stars, I gladly would. Safe to safe I will NEVER even try visiting again.

Always a long queue, and not clear where the collection point is. When they tell you after you've stood in the long queue, there's then no one to help you there.

Long queue . Doesn't think to open a second till. Poor management! Got delivery parcel from 1st floor, no one was there. Waited, then rejoined another queue to tell them this. One of r items needed to be returned back, so joined the queue again. Lauren, the manager was on the shop floor but didn't once look in the direction of the annoyed queues who were waiting for ages to be seen. If you go to tescos, they try to open up a till when possible if there is a long queue. This place was hopeless.
