First time with the wife and 2 kids at Herbie's tonight. Music and ambience is spot on and the food was excellent. The waitress was very polite and accommodating and the owner was very good too, checking. If food was ok and chatting with everyone In the restaurant. Really enjoyed it and will definitely be coming back ?

Went on a Sunday morning so it wasn?t rammed but quite easily could be. Great Milkshakes and the pancakes and bacon is a winner. Only kind of went for breakfast but would say it?s worth a drop in! I?d go again!

Had a lovely meal at Herbies to celebrate my hubby's 36th Birthday. I had the pulled pork Dog, Hubby had rockabilly burger, daughter had mac n cheese. My eldest is coeliac and had such a fantastic selection of dishes to choose from. She highly rated the chicken tenders! Staff are lovely and accomodating- nothing is too much trouble. The diner is lovely and clean, great variety of tunes playing. The herbies bakes counter is amazing as always we love the choice! 100% recommend. we will be back!!

Meals are great though be warned, they are pretty big. We shared one and were full. Coffee also a generous size. Cherry milkshake was great.

A very quaint American diner. The service and the food were excellent. Lots of milkshake options and an added bonus for me was the pinball machine. We'll be going back for sure.

This place is possibly the best burger place i have EVER eaten at.
A definite recommendation if your passing or even just to travel and try for yourselves.

If you are in search of real American style food, you can't really go wrong here. It's about as close as you'll get, in my opinion. We tried the Corndogs (small, but with great taste and texture) the milkshakes(delicious), the Mac and cheese ( great flavour) along with an assortment of burgers, and pancakes(we are an odd bunch, what can I say?). If they ever open a place in London, I'd be a regular.

I recently visited this restaurant, and while the food was good, the service was shockingly poor and completely ruined the experience. After finishing our meal around 9:20 PM, we wanted to order dessert, but the waitress rudely informed us that the kitchen was closed, despite the restaurant staying open until 10 PM.
We had clearly mentioned when we arrived that we wanted to try the sundaes, but she dismissed us with a rude explanation that the kitchen closed at 9 PM and we should have ordered earlier. When we explained we weren?t aware of this, her sarcastic apology made it clear she couldn?t care less.
To make matters worse, as we were leaving, we noticed they had already prepared cakes, but no one bothered to offer them or suggest a takeaway dessert. Overall, the service was so bad that we won?t be coming back and I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone.

This is an authentic American Diner experience! I was pleasantly surprised! The food was delicious. Definitely go for the sweet potato fries! ~an American Tourist~

Nice decor with a good team giving off friendly vibes! Food is served in generous portions and we had to doggy bag leftovers. Pancakes, waffles,root beer etc. Recommended when you need your stereotyped USA fix. Just make sure you plan to burn off those thousands of calories!
