I got a prompt from my local pharmacy to sign up so I did. Put in my prescription request which was never approved, had to go down my usual route (Lloyds Direct). This one was approved same day. Seems like there is a missing link between the pharmacy and my doctors surgery which is no good when you need daily medication

Have found that many times I am waiting too long for repeat prescription to be authorised, if I order early it is rejected but if I leave it until the suggested 3-4 days it doesn't come in time, many times my husband has run out of 1 or more tabletshe needs to have. Going to go back to visiting Pharmacy and handing script in.

Prescription requests are lost, deleted, changed to different medication(I still don't know how you managed that), failure to forward requests for prescriptions, so they're on the app, but not appearing where needed, etc. Between the app, Drs, & chemists you're all passing the blame, meanwhile the patient goes without medication, potentially putting lives at risk, instead of playing pass the buck, how about you all sort yourselves out, you may already be guilty of letting people suffer/die, try not to do it to anymore.

I complained to Healthera about receiving an email stating ?declined by GP? for anxiety medication!! The GP confirmed that they did not realise that HEALTHERA sent such a message and that they had not declined it. I asked for this message to be removed from the APP.Healthera told me that my complaint had been passed on. I asked for a detailed response. No further responses were receivedRude and discourteous.

Absolutely awful. Never hot my medication. 1000000 notifications even after deleting my account.

I live in North Wales , suggests a pharmacy in Nuneaton is the closest for me to use. Won't allow me to enter my local surgery pharmacy in the 'use the pharmacy that invited you' bit . bit rubbish to be honest

The app said meds were ordered and expected delivery a week later. Phoned the chemist and they knew nothing about it. Now worried 88 year old mum may run out of meds before I can get them

Useless, they tell me to phone my health provider, 1hr 10mins no reply, that's why i tried this app. I only want asthma inhaler, i give up. App total waste of time. Can't wait 'til i die, it' ll be better than this torture.

I have been in touch with your support, did all what they asked and STILL the daily reminders don't work, so stand by my original comment.Utterly useless. Reminders NEVER work. Had the Lloyds app previously and worked perfectly every day, this one never reminds you!!!Given the choice use another pharmacy or app, unfortunately Lloyds in my town closed!!!

Best thing to have used for my prescription and support from my chemist. Would recommend to anyone who has repeat prescription medications. So easy and handy to use. Great app. Thank you

I have used the app for some time now and find it very useful. The ease of ordering is great, as are the notifications advising me of my order status.

Great app - has simplified the ordering process for repeat prescriptions and keeps me informed of progress through GP, pharmacy and order ready for collection.

It makes reordering prescription so easy for all the family, I like that you get confirmation of your order, and a email when it?s ready. Very uncomplicated service.

Amazing app. Ordered our family prescription and it arrived on time. This has saved so much not having to call your GP

poor app and not sure about company trust? Interesting that the 3 very positive reviews come from a Martin Hao, Jamie Murphy and Quintu Liu who are listed as directors and managers working there?
