We had an emergency issue where we had managed to lock ourselves out and called Halls for an emergency call out. Shaun informed us on the phone he would be 30 minutes and came exactly in this timeframe. Shaun was extremely knowledgeable and professional and helped us get back into our house within 15 minutes so I am extremely grateful for his professionalism. If you're looking for a locksmith who is knowledgeable, friendly and won't rip you off for the sake of it then make sure you choose Halls

Needed a chipped car key done for a KA car. Took our only key to Halls and they cut and chipped new one in about 15 minutes without needing the car present. Works perfectly when tested on car. Key was cut at a very reasonable price compared to extortionate price at a Ford dealer. Thanks to Rob, Shaun and Barry who were very professional!

Key wouldn?t turn in lock, with no clear reason, so I arranged a visit, via the contact form and then a phone call. Was worried the lock had gone but the fella worked through methodically, traced it back to a different source, and managed to fix it without needing to replace anything. Folks on the phone and in person were helpful and clear and explained the work that had been done.They actively directed me away from more expensive options, rather than trying to upsell. Was also clear about uncertainties in the job, so managed expectations effectively. Great service.
