I had a fantastic experience at Emily! She really listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut. The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was excellent. I went to her salon to have ger do a highlight job, I showed her the toner tone that I liked, which is a mix of platinum and gold, and I also showed him the type of highlight that I like, which is very intense without almost any sark colour visible. When she had the bleach applied I told her that my hair took longer to bleach than normal, but she said that the bleach doesn't have any more effect after 40 minutes and I took it out super fast.
She did whatever she wanted, she left me with gray hair and some highlights that look like they were done 1/2 months ago. You can see my natural color and as if there is growth.
She offered to fix my toner within 4 days because she didn't have the color I asked for. Well, if she at least fixes the toner that looks totally grey and out of place I'll be satisfied I thought, since the type of highlight is not like the one I wanted.
I had gray hair for 4 days until I went to fix the toner, she applied a color that left my hair super dark, nothing like the blonde I showed him, on top of it with PINK tones, I complained because it was her fault for 4 days Back after our first date I had to go to a video filming with my gray hair up, when I should have worn it down. And now I've spent two days of Uber to go to her salon, so she can mess up my hair again and turn it into a DARK color. WHEN IT IS SUPER DIFFICULT TO GET TO THE LEVEL OF BLEACHING THAT I WAS!!!!!!!
I had to go somewhere else and pay 200 to fix what she had done to my hair. Just to fix the tone she gave me!!!!!! Now I have the roots as if I had never had the highlight done for 3 months! Because the new hairstylist had to cover the pink on my roots she left with brown!!!!!!!! MY HAIR HAS NOW HAD TO BE BLEACHED TO REMOVE THE COLOR SHE PUT ON MY HAIR, my hair was already damaged but now it is DESTROYED!!!!!!!, because I only like to wear very light blonde hair and she gave me a dark pinkish brown. STILL, I HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN ABLE TO RECOVER MY SUPER LIGHT BLONDE SHADE LIKE THE ONE I LIKE AND LIKE THE ONE I HAD BEFORE VISITING HER.
I showed a photo of exactly what i wanted and she did whatever she wanted. I would never go back, she is not a hairdresser with enough experience or versatility, she only knows how to do a old lady's type of gray blonde. She does what she wants.
Instead of having my fresh blonde I had to spend 200 to fix or rather try to improve what she did to my tone and iveral hair health!
she is nice but a hairdresser must delivery not just be nice, sorry and thanks BECAUSE MY HAIR IS COMPLETLY BURNT NOW AND NOT EVEN BLONDE

This was my second visit to Emily and I have been very pleased. Emily is very friendly and easy to talk to. The salon is cosy, personal and clean. I enjoy that it is not noisy like going to a salon with many other customers around. Emily takes a lot of time exploring what hair style suits me best. I had been thinking about cutting my hair shorter but wasn't so sure. I am very pleased with the result having now a long bob and no old coloured ends in. I will be back, soon and hope to bring my teenage daughter for a haircut, soon.

Master at her trade! Emily is so knowledgeable and kind, my hair looks great and she gave me advice of how to properly look after them. My appointment was long (full head highlights) but she is such a great companion the time flies when you are there. Highly recommended

Emily is the best hairdresser I have ever visited. She is kind, knowledgeable, always passionate about her job. She can make any hair look amazing. Excellent customer service. I had my hair-cut today and she always does highlights on my hair, I am very happy with her service and will definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a professional hairdresser!
