I had a fantastic experience at H.Samuel in Cambridge thanks to Sam. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, gave great advice, and made the whole process stress-free. It?s rare to come across such attentive customer service these days, and Sam really went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Thank you, Sam, you made my visit an absolute pleasure!

My Mother visited this store. She was in there for approx 10 minutes looking at watches. One man was hoovering and the other man was sat down on a chair with his back to her. She was not welcomed or acknowledged and she left the store disgusted.
Im shocked they can sink so low in their customer service. Avoid.

I will never set foot in this store, or in this chain for a matter of fact. I?ll preface this with the fact that my previous wedding band was a £12 ring from accessorize that went with me through thick and thin for 4 years, not a scratch. In May I decided to upgrade it and bought a Russian wedding ring (3 gold bands). It got bent a little so I brought it to the store, where I was informed, no warranty, no fix. Fine, I?ll pay. No, they don?t want my money either. They said it?s fair wear and tear. Today one of the rings broke. After 3 months of wearing, no extreme sports, no heavy lifting it just broke. I?m not bringing it to the store to hear the same spiel about warranty. I am so disappointed. I did not expect it to break so fast.
If you ever buy anything there, I guess get a warranty.
