Looked up breakfast times online before heading to Gregg's for breakfast before church. Served until 11 it says on the menu screen above the server's head. We arrived at 10:40 and were told they had stopped serving breakfast already. When I asked why they still had the breakfast menu on the screen with a clear note saying until 11am. He just said again they weren't serving breakfast. There was absolutely no apology or explanation such as they'd run out of breakfast foods, just a simple 'Well we've stopped serving breakfast now.' The server was rude so I left without buying anything.

This place is horrendous, half my break time is wasted waiting on staff to more faster as they are always at snails pace even when the line is down to the door!! They also never make enough food?!? One of your most popular lunch items if not the most is the southern fried chicken goujons, so how is it possible that as of writing this review on a Friday 12.30 lunchtime you are telling me that you are not making anymore goujons and lunch started half hour ago!!
This store is ridiculous and needs a serious management/staff change!

Its that time of year when the festive bake rolls into Greggs again. I stood in a 15 minute queue, but I don't mind if it is for the festive bake. It was still warm and delicious as always.

Greggs is greggs, food is always the same standard and if you like greggs that's what you're there for. This one in particular doesn't do the vegan sausage roll but does do other vegen/veggie bakes. It's a shame since that was the only reason I went in.

Mostly good place. If all the seats are taken and their is a queue, which is often, it?s a bit hard to leave if you have a buggy or a wheelchair due to the placement of tables/chairs near the door. The hot food stand does run out fairly quickly which is annoying. I have had to remind them about food I?ve paid for as they continued serving people and had waited for almost 15 minutes before waiting on them just grabbing something from the counter in front of them. Please concentrate on us when we?ve already paid and a few of us are waiting before taking more customers as their is no way you can remember that many orders at once, and they do prove that they can?t. Table/ seat wise I?ve never really seen it dirty so they?re doing an amazing job there considering how busy they can get

Very, very slow service. One woman walked in, joined the queue, helped herself to some items and left without paying. One person serving, one on the phone, whilst heating food stuffs. The floor was littered, the bin was over-flowing and the tables dirty.

Greg's itself I've never had issues with. Cheap and cheerful. But this particular location is horrendous. I've been in several times, at varying times of the day, each and every time there has been naff all in. About 3 sandwiches and that's it. Poor for choice and under prepared. Walked out, yet again.

A woman named Foxie was very rude, showed zero patience and respect. My boyfriend had to add his food after mine, but she processed my order first and then became annoyed that she had to redo it. It was an honest mistake, yet she shouted at us very rudely, where other customers could hear. She should consider finding a different job.
