Whenever I visit this particular Greggs it's always hit and miss whether they'll have any sandwiches/baguettes. I have no idea how often they replenish the stock. But I've been in around 11am and the sandwich fridges are almost empty.The queues are always long, but credit to the staff, it does move pretty quickly. There's always lots of cakes and other savoury/sweet treats on offer.Sausage rolls are a must buy. Whilst the kids enjoy the sprinkled donuts. Prices are reasonable.

PAINFULLY SLOW. Almost every time, you'll be standing there a minimum of 15 minutes. They have all these people wanting food, you'd think they could afford enough staff. By the time you actually get your food, as per Greggs, it's either nuclear hot molten corium, or more often, stone cold and rock solid. I would pay extra for warm food, though it should be a given, don't know what's so inconceivable about a tray that keeps the food warm. The staff are fine, it's not their fault there's only ever 2 or 3 people in and 1 of them is serving. It's been this way for years.

This Greggs gets very, very busy during peak lunch hours, so much so that I avoid it during that time - there are queues out of the door. The staff manage the best they can, but there's often a wait and they do seem to be understaffed a lot of the time.The food is fine, exactly what you'd expect from a Greggs. Very reasonably priced. I never sit in to eat, always take away, one because it costs more to eat in, and two because the people who sit in here seem to be quite rowdy and messy - the staff are constantly cleaning food off the floor and whatnot, it's not a very pleasant atmosphere.There is a unisex toilet but it's often either occupied (since there's only the one) or out of order.Worth going to if you want your Greggs fix, but plan accordingly for the queues!Kid-friendliness: The venue is child friendly, there are high chairs you can borrow for your child to sit at the table.Wheelchair accessibility: The venue is wheelchair friendly, however the seating area is quite cramped and I imagine it wouldn't be that easy to manoeuvre it in a wheelchair - it's not very easy to walk around, let alone in a wheelchair.

I love greggs and this place is decent but omg its so annoying when you want a cheeky greggs at 6pm and theyre shut! but online they say they are open until 8pm!! one or two people who work there are rlly nice and ask me how ive been and how was work ( lowkey a regular ) anyways but some people can be rlly rude and kinda dismissive . slay to the people who are actually cool x

Greggs, in my opinion, is excellent. Although this particular location is the worst I've ever visited. The customer service is terrible and a staff member at the till was rude and racist when I asked him for a simple inquiry. It was an unwelcoming experience.

Pitiful customer service, one young female and taller larger male made sure to continue their conversation in front of me, wasn?t fussed about taking my order or attending to the shop. I can understand if it was important but it was a casual conversation between the two that could?ve been had anytime.

Food ok, reasonable prices. But tables a mess, floor really dirty, and cobwebs hanging on the wall from pictures. Large mirror in wall which is filthy. Staff polite, but could obviously do with more of them...and a cleaner!!

The staff of this café is totally execrable, especially a man, who gets angry at the counter, because we do not understand what he says, and who is unable to articulate.I tried to order through the rewards in the app and he didn?t seem to want to explain how to use it.Later when my friend tried asking about Pepperoni pizza, instead of admitting that a wrong tag was placed (margarita pizza instead of pepperoni) he asked my friend if we could see pepperoni. He really made us feel annoyed, uncomfortable and really disappointed.He is so terrible & does not know what customer service means!I don't see how we can assign stars to this store, if this man serves his customers in such a way.Horrible experience in all.

Stingy on the "Too Good to Go" bag. One sandwich, some cookies and 2 sugary donuts doesn't make £8 of food. I know it was £2.59 but still not a good balance of savoury/sweet. Never get a bake in this offer despite there being plenty in the shop when collecting. Disappointed. ?

Terrible experience, the shop should be investigated as they never give receipts. I've notice I was charged more and had to check the app. When I asked to be refunded the manager under refunded me twice. Clearly something dodgy going on as they click the screen so frenetically that adds more items (2 different items on my case). ALWAYS check your receipt and ask for on if not offered.
