We had a really bad experience, but I do feel it was down to extreme bad luck. We spent more time at reception asking for things to be corrected than we did relaxing. It was hard work! We'd planned to return with a group of friends but definitely won't be. Sad because it has the makings of a great hotel. For example... we were turned away from breakfast because only one of us had been booked in. A table was arranged, but we had to stand in the restaurant while the table was cleared andredressed. By the time this had happened, there were 3 items missing from the buffet. We didn't have to pay for it, which was kind, but it was just agro like that from start to finish. Offered late check out as compensation, but we'd had enough anddecided to leave.Among the other issues: a tray of dirty glasses in the floor outside our room, rubbish in our room on arrival, broken shower head, delay of almost an hour before we were told we had to change rooms resulting in it being 5pm before we could unpack and relax. Didn't receive the dog bed and bowl until 10 pm despite asking 4 times. The key card failed and had to bereprogrammed, meaning another trip to reception. Showers were warm enough but far from hot (two rooms), and the bath in the kids room (137) failed to drain. The fridge temperature was warm, and finally, if I was being really picky, I was disappointed that the shower head had only one flow setting, and despitepaying for a premium room (307) we had no bath.I left feeling like it was a complete waste of a weekend and not at all relaxing. They were kind enough to remove the dog and parking fees but money isn't everything. Our anticipated weekend of relaxing just didn't happen. Life's too short for badhotels.

If you're seeking a haven where focus meets comfort, The Graduate Cambridge is your scholarly sanctuary. I booked in for a two night stay to catch up on my studies and was pleasantly impressed. One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel's lounge, equipped with cozy seating, quiet corners and a rustic fireplace providing an inviting ambiance it provided the perfect space to delve into research or catch up on reading.Of course, no studious stay would be complete without nourishment for the mind and body. The hotel's on-site restaurant offered an amazing full buffet breakfast a perfect set up for fuelling long study sessions. And for a quick break the hotel's fitness center and sauna provided a refreshing way to recharge both mentally and physically. But perhaps the most impressive aspect of The Graduate Cambridge was its attentive staff. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was as productive and comfortable as possible. Water to the room, no issue to quench those study thirsts. If you're searching for a hotel with a serene atmosphere and attentive service The Graduate Cambridge is the perfect destination for those seeking a studious stay.Prepare to immerse yourself in a world where learning meets luxury ? you won't be disappointed.Rooms: I booked the junior suite, good size but sadly no bath just a shower. Two chairs on the balcony, a lovely seating area and amazing views of the river.

If you looking for a Dog Friendly Hotel, this is the place to go...If you're looking for a Spa Hotel GO ELSEWHERE!They don't offer treatments, the jacuzzi is tiny & will barely fit 5 people, the Steam room Sauna will just cope with 3 People, 4 in them will mean your squashed up against each other!!The only positive about our stay was Rob on the bar; excellent service from him

Awful staff firstly gave us an accessible room, which even had spider web in the toilet, then a male stuff directly entered our room BEFORE the check-out time. What a shame!

Highly recommend the place for taking a very special someone in the night, enjoying an amazing gin and tonic in the bar and relaxing in the super soft bed before returning to real life. Unforgettable experience.

Great Hotel in the centre of Cambridge. Some of the best service we have received at a UK hotel in years! Rooms are fabulous, we had a family suite overlooking the river which was perfect with 2 large double beds. The food is great and the cocktails even better. If you are looking for a stress free last minute break in Cambridge then you would struggle to find somewhere better than the Graduate.Oh, and the man on the front desk handing out chocolate coins to my daughters now has friends for life!

Can't be bothered to respond to an email enquiry....If that's the level of their customer service, then what does it say about the hotel?
