Went to Furniture Village in Cambridge near the end of the extra sale. Steve Wong helped me. He was great! Not pushy, really helpful and informative, definitely trying to make sure I got what was right for me. Ask for Steve if you go to Furniture Village in Cambridge.

I'm reviewing for the gentleman we support in a Supported Living flat.
My staff took him to Furniture Village to look for a new sofa. He is Autistic, and can become very anxious in new situations.
My staff's feedback was very positive. Apparently your staff member, Ben Ross, was very helpful, patient and understanding of the gentleman they were supporting.
You may not realise, but a visit that has gone well, and how your staff present themselves in these situations (when dealing with a person with a learning disability) - can make all the difference to how the rest of a person's day goes.

100% best furniture shop in Cambridge. The store is clean, staff are helpful. Highly recommend Mo Uddin, very useful and explained the process well. The furniture is made to order and it is possible to reserve the prices you see when you are in store. Would recommend to anyone.

This is really right place to go if you?re after nice sofas and wonderful salespeople who will make your purchase fairly easy and efficient. I just bought my second sofa from that store and from the same sale consultant Azzdean. Really great guy. I got a courtesy discount for delivery. Really appreciate that! Looking forward to visiting again in near future. ?

The product is good for now, as it's about a year since purchased, however the warranty we took is worth not much, the service is not great from the company and the insurance provider. Something as simple as the broken leg cap, one says go to the insurance company and other furniture village. I wouldn't recommend insurance at least, worth nothing in my experience. I don't think I would buy from this shop again.

The sales person at Furniture Village was knowledgeable and respectful. I was buying a new bed and found Furniture Village to have a wide selection from lower prices to higher and I was shown the beds within my price range.

Tracey the store manager and Gary the delivery from the store, we can't thank enough. Great correspondence from the minute we arrived, after sorting out a miss communication from the main warehouse. We would definitely revisit for future purchases.

We was greeted by your salesman BEN We was greeted with kindness we felt we was centre of choosing our new sofa! We knew what we wanted just finding the right one ! BEN was true compassionate he is heart of Furniture Village !
Ben wasn?t pushy like some salesmen he knew his knowledge about different types of sofas and different types of leather sofa was very pleased about !
