“I recently bought a mattress from Dreams, and overall the experience has been excellent.

In-store, I was assisted by Carlos, who was super friendly and never pressured me he just let me take my time to decide. I’d also looked around other retailers like Bensons, John Lewis and online, but the service here really stood out. I was even given a discount and a free bed cover, which was a lovely bonus.

On delivery, there were a couple of issues: the stitching on the mattress was a little loose, the tags were attached in a way that could cause damage if pulled, and the bed cover was slightly dirty. I contacted customer service and although it took almost a week to get a reply, when they did respond, they went above and beyond. Instead of just offering a discount (which I expected), they replaced everything without hesitation I was genuinely impressed.

The email rescheduling system didn’t work for me, but a quick call to customer service had it sorted quickly and the team were very friendly. The second delivery was flawless fast, professional, and the drivers took the time to explain everything properly.

Although not perfect, the way Dreams handled my concerns gave me complete confidence in them. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds makes all the difference, and Dreams Cambridge really showed how much they care about their customers.”

Silvio and Fran were very patient and helpful in assisting me throughout the choice of materials, appliances, and general planning of the kitchen in the available space. The kitchen looks really nice, high quality, and the service/installation was flawless. They can also offer some typically Italian features that are otherwise difficult to find here in the UK, for example a fitted-in drainer above the kitchen sink.”
