I have had 3 tyres changed, expert advice and brilliant service from F1 on Histon Rd. Customer service is always exemplary, Big Rich (one with tattoo?s) was brilliant every time.

The worst ever service I got in Cambridge. Firstly, after a few mins of struggling to find where to park, the attendant greet me with a sad face asking why I ended up parking at the only space that was available.Secondly, he tells me they do not take appointments that are 5 mins late, yet I arrived 3 minutes late, and not even considering the struggle to park. Besides, he was so rude and told me I was supposed to be there 15 minutes before appointment, something they never mentioned when I booked. I doubt if they are even able to do the MOT for the type of car I brought.

I had my MOT, annual service and more recently a failed light bulb replaced. Always fast and good service. Highly recommended.

I had my converter stolen of my car. A new one fitted. A year later one of the screws came loss when I took my Lexus for a service. I took it back to formula 1 and they fixed it and did not charge me. This is a good way of word of mouth. Well done guys. Thanks
