“We stopped off here after the services were queueing. We really only wanted a sandwich but landed up having the 2 course set lunch menu. It was very good food and great value. The young waitress who served us was very bubbly and friendly. Glad we stopped off here, better than a McDonald's!”

“Unreal tasting food especially the bacon gravy which is a MUST if you go! Joe the waiter was especially nice and accommodating and he went out his way to make sure my boyfriend had a lovely birthday meal. Will be visiting Cambridge again just for Honest Burgers ?”

“Cozy and friendly atmosphere with delicious food! I love the pork and chinese leaves dumplings (both fried and steamed) which I shared with my friend. Very affordable too for good quality food!”

“We thought we would beat the rush by rolling up at 4:30 but the line was already in place. We waited about 45 minutes for a table and another 45 minutes for the food but overall the experience was good. Huge winners were the XLB and the noodles with ground pork. The dumplings were well made and filled with tasty broth. The noodles were chewy with rich and flavorful sauce. The fried dumplings were also a hit and with the small up charge for the crispy crust. The vegetarian options were less of a hit with the dumplings a bit starchy and bland. The noodles had nice fresh veg and their perfect noodles but once again came in a little bland. Service was friendly and the atmosphere is like eating in a friends kitchen who also happens to be a Michelin star chef. Prices are reasonable and quantity is robust. I would definitely put this on your list when visiting Cambridge but maybe leave the vegetarians at home.”

“The lady (the owner I think) gave me some brilliant advice on how to deal with a plant pest problem I am having. She also took the time to explain more about plant care. I very much enjoy the colourful vases in the shop, and I am eyeing up the 'banana plant' beautiful delicate hanging plant with small succulent leaves that look like tiny bananas ?”

“very convenient to buy food before going on the train it’s not cheap like other places but it has great food m&s never disappoint me, the self checkouts make it easy to quickly go in and out so that even if you don’t have a lot of time before your train leave you can probably make it and buy something in less than 2 minutes. there are always only around 3 people in the store when I go there so it’s never crowded and easy to go around the store and the ready meals are right at the front of the store”

“The Curry Queen is not the most appealing restaurant on first impressions; looking a little run-down and shabby. But...
Inside, it is a small well appointed place with proper linen and an extensive authentic menu.
The food is excellent, and plentiful, rating up in the top 5 of our league table of Indian restaurants and we have eaten in a lot!
Service was quick, the waiters pleasant and not obsequious; maybe a little rushed but there were a large number of pre-booked tables that followed us.
On the whole, excellent and heartily recommended”

“I've been coming here for years and Nanna Mexico never misses. Service is super speedy, staff are friendly and efficient and the burritos are sooooo good. The portions are so generous, it barely fits in the tortilla! Can't recommend this place enough, love you Nanna ?”

“This pub is a cool place with excellent craft beer and interesting food. The location is very central, right behind the guildhall.

One really great item on the food menu is the scotch egg, they are really nicely done with the egg remaining runny inside.

Last time I was in the beer was super well curated with really fine local brewers showcased. It has always been good, but I think it was especially good recently.

They also have a selection of fancy gins there.

The toilets are architecturally interesting.”

“We're visiting from San Francisco, foodie Central area with fabulous food, so we weren't sure what to expect. Food was amazing, and the service was even better. Our son was touring the University and we didn't have much time, but they were able to accommodate us. Got us in and out in 30 minutes. The lasagna and the calzone are some of the best I've ever tasted.”

“Considering the crowds in peak hours, the 2-3 staff manages it very well everyday. Not too long waiting times with plenty of seats both indoor and outdoor. Good quality coffee.”
