Fresh burgers made just how you want them, with loads of topping choices. The fries are always generous and crispy, and the soda machine is fun if you like mixing flavours. Staff are friendly and the open kitchen adds a nice touch. Overall a great spot for a casual treat.

The kids dog and fires was way too large for my 7yr old. The price was reasonable at £7. Then my cheese burger ? with 2 sauces was very pricey, then I had to add small fires. The monkey nuts were a fun touch. Not really the crowd I favour inside.

Absolute joke, robbed my money!!!!! Conveniently 'forgot' to send them out with my order. Never order food from here unless you can stand over them and watch them hand it to you!!!!!!! Absolutely furious.

We came into five guys today, perfect experience, manager (their name was Rolly, they said not to say, sorry Rolly) was impeccable, i?ve never had a better eatery experience in my life. grilled cheese was amazing. such friendly service. thank you for making my day. :)

I just wanted to give a massive shoutout to Emma and Aman at Five Guys branch near the light cinemas in Cambridge. I had travelled all the way from Norwich to see a movie, and unfortunately, the cinema wouldn't allow me to bring my food in. I was feeling quite disappointed, but Emma and Aman went above and beyond to help me out. Their kindness and understanding completely turned my day around. It's rare to meet such genuinely warm and thoughtful people in customer service?they truly embody what great service should be. Thank you both so much for being absolute stars! ????

I stopped there and was blown away. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger that was juicy, perfectly seasoned, and topped with crisp, smoky bacon?truly the best burger I?ve had in a long time.
The team hooked me up with a custom combo of spicy and regular fries, and both were spot on: the spicy fries had just the right kick, while the classic fries were golden and well-salted.
What really made the visit special was the service. The staff checked in to make sure everything was great, and the manager greeted me with genuine warmth and friendliness. If you?re in Cambridge, don?t miss this spot?five stars all the way!

We arrived with our assistance dog and the staff were extremely helpful. They even brought our meal to the table and got us some ketchup and mayo. A huge thank you to Rolly and team.
