After having issues with an online order I came into store where I was helped by Grant and just wanted to leave a review about the fantastic customer service I received from him. Iâ??m a big fan of the franchise but the Cambs store is great. Itâ??s small and quirky (very Cambridge) and the staff are super friendly.
Itâ??s kinda pricey but the quality is high so their clothes do last. Their t-shirts may actually be the softest t-shirts around.

Great quality clothes but quite pricey so worth waiting for a sale. This branch is quite small and gets crowded - think Ely branch is bigger.

Be careful with their free returns policy as they say that if they have items that are reduced they do not do free returns. I bought a full priced item and had to pay for the return as they did have certain items reduced which I was not aware of.
Does that mean that they can permanently have items reduced, therefore never doing free returns.
