They were amazing with keeping us safe, they called the police but the manager was really the most amazing woman ever. She went outside to stare them down and let us stay in the shop until my friends mum came. I can’t be more impressed with this shop x”

“Went in yesterday, 27th December, Great customer service as there was a smiley lady at the till that helped me out with a problem as another store had left a security tag on something I bought, hence setting off the alarm upon my entrance, was told it must've been my magnetic personality ? needless to say when I left the store I left with a smile.She managed to take it off as I had a receipt for it and they had the tool to do so, saving me the bother of going back to that other store.Bought a really nice jacket at a fair price. Some of their products have good materials (lambswool & cotton) as I dislike synthetics and are fairly priced for the materials used, however always check the labels as they also like to use nylon sometimes and polyester too (you'll notice that on their cheaper products)”
