Very rude person behind the counter. I was just trying to return an Evril parcel but his attitude was appalling, unhelpful and rude. I will definitely be taking my parcels somewhere else. I purchased also some milk and it was out of date, so neither is recommended purchasing food from this shop.

**WORST PERSON EVER**This is by far the most rude, ignorant and unreasonable person I've ever met. I tried to return a parcel and the person behind the counter offended me multiple times through no reason. I urge everyone to use other local businesses who actually care about their customers.I will never visit here again and as you can see by other reviews this is not the first case of this.Disgusting.

I've been going to Harry's for about a year now, and I can say that I am happy with the services he provides for parcel handling and the range of products he offers in his store.Both Harry and his employees, Sean in particular, have always extended courteous treatment to me and to many others as well as I've heard them calling customers by their first names. I think interactions are two ways. Sometimes, people can leave a surprising first impression, but I've never personally encountered some of the behaviours others have mentioned. It's a convenience store that I will continue to visit.

I have read reviews and my assumption is this man either likes you or simply does not and there is no knowing what you will be met with from one day to the next. I have to say I have used this store for amazon returns frequently in the past, Hermes/Evri more recently. I always felt as though he was trying (and succeeding) in making me feel like a child, undermining a usual comment about the their returns system that has changed slightly over the past few years. It seems you are either met with nice or really not so nice. Today left me quite upset with the response from the owner. I get the impression that the returns system annoys him and the customers returning, even more so. I cannot fathom the issue and only use this return system via Evri when Royal Mail is not an option. I forewarned my partner about the owner months ago and he thought I was being a bit sensitive. However, sure enough his experience left him rather taken aback at the response from the owner. It is odd to meet someone quite so cutting in a small local neighbourhood store. A great pity. I think the responses to reviews says it all, accusing people of racism because they have had a poor customer experience is very telling.

Unexpected encounter today that left me feeling very uncomfortable. I returned a parcel today and the person serving me didn?t acknowledge me and when I asked a question they were very sarcastic and derogatory towards me. I felt intimidated and sad that they thought it ok to treat someone like that. I only went in to return a parcel. I don?t think I can go back there as it happens to me every time I go but today was the most uncomfortable to date.

Time wasters who refuses to accept parcels of the size they are contracted to take (This was confirmed by the Parcel Force Depot). Will not waste my time here again.

Just reading the reviews. The owner can be a bit off, and unfriendly but has a few times been quite pleasant when I've been there in the past. Not ideal really but it is what it is. The shop is big and I think could have capacity to stock more things.

Really lovely shop owner! A little confused at all the bad reviews because when I went to use the parcel service it was very straight forward and easy to navigate. And the shop owner was polite and pleasant.
