Website providing free trials but was declined this at the door saying its not done anymore, even though can still get this via website today and my email was from only 2 days ago and specifically saying Cambridge. Lost a customer as wanted to sign up after giving it a look around.

One of the worst gym I have ever been too!!! The Air conditioner is not working from past 2 months, when asked they tend to say they are working on it. Not at all recommended gym to everyone out there

This gym remaining open with no hygiene, is a mystery to me. This got to be the filthiest gym I?ve ever been to, changing room floor has never seen a mop, or bleach. It is completely abandoned, you could die at the sauna and no one would notice. Jacuzzis always broken, gym equipment broken and unsafe. Swimming pool way too cold. One day, a man came into the ladies changing rooms and a member of the staff saw it and didn?t say anything.

Rude staff,unprofessional front of house staff, I'm leaving this gym me and my two son's,I do not know who recruits these rude staff??? I would NOT recommend this gym to no one! Go elsewhere!!!

Appalling service used to be nice and clean but now it's dirty and changing rooms are disgusting it looks they haven't cleaned it for weeks and Some workers at reception can be very rude.I would not recommend at all I'm looking for another gym.

It?s one of the best gym in Cambridge. Nice big gym with all the essentials. Facilities are clean and there are plenty of class and PT options at the gym at an affordable price.There is plenty of bike and car parking available if you need it. I enjoy going there and the Manager Scott, Dan, Joe are super friendly and kind and make sure you?re okay! :)

Great gym with professional staff that know how to have a laugh and are easy to talk to. Scott, Dan and James were a massive help giving me guidance into how to use the machine properly therefore I have decided to take up personal training sessions which I have definitely seen results in. Overall very big, friendly clean gym which I am proud to be apart of ??
