Man on the front desk had absolutely no interest in even pretending to help with my questions, looking to just sit at his desk and do as little as possible, as he even stated himself. Pure laziness, complete waste of my time tried to be polite but was met with rude and improper customer service. Went straight to GSF car parts and had a much more helpful conversation with solutions and effort. Do yourself a favour and skip this place and go elsewhere.

Quick service, polite member of staff. Walked in, asked for part, two minutes later, I'd got part fitted and was on my way.

Good prices but that's as far as it stretches. Arrived at Cambridge store to pick up a battery, guy at the desk didn't even acknowledge me in the shop just carried on talking to another staff member, that other staff member then told him the see to me. I just got stared at not even spoken to and when he eventually got my order he didn't even offer any help (battery was very heavy) and I even had to ask to open the door. Absolutely shocking customer service

Yeah nah, don't bother. Useless.
Bought a set of ignition leads for a va and ended up with 7 as it was obviously a return from someone who nicked one.
Not good enough as I needed the park crucially for the next day.
You'd think that at the bare minimum they would check stock if returned.

I rented a car for 1 day but they charged me for 2 days. Although they admitted their mistake and apologized, they did not deposit the money back. I've been to the branch 4-5 times, I've emailed customer service, they are absolutely not interested.

The man at reception is very rude and disrespectful to say the least . He did not bother to explain to me anything about the parts I bought .nor never polite to me today and other time when I visited before . I wished him a good day he just murmured huuuh.like an animal .never go back again .

staff are knowledgeable and friendly but it always takes ages to pick up click and collect.

Nothing to complain about other than limited parking. I ordered a car battery and collected it from there with no issue other than a relatively limited number of car parking spaces and being in quite a busy part of town. Happy though.
