My Google pixel phone battery expanded. I'm not with EE but they're a recognised repairer for Google phones. They were absolutely fab. Staff in store were very helpful and they kept me informed of repair progress throughout. I thought the process would be a headache but it was really easy with EE

Staff have messed up my order for an upgrade. Phoned up to be told by the store manager I need to come into the store so he can look into said issue. Showed up at the store to be told by the same manager he can?t help me anyway and there?s no point of me showing up. No apology for my inconvenience over their mistake that I?m having to sort out myself now. Super unhelpful staff that clearly need more training.

I have been coming to this store third time in two weeks to get my phone fixed (paid battery replacement) and after two weeks all I could hear is apologies, the device is not ready. The store has never contacted me or updated me about any updates or services so far but asked me to be at the store all these occasions and made me wait at the store 3-4 hours only to know the device is not ready. Just to keep it bit more interesting, they couldn?t pay me back the amount they charged me upfront for the service and now I have to visit the store again. Wouldn?t recommend anyone for service options, but maybe they are really good with sales.

I was impressed by the excellent repair service and the affordability I experienced.Not only did they fix the water damage and replace the cracked and scratched screen, but they also provided a brand new shell for my phone. What's even more remarkable is that they charged half the price compared to a nearby repair shop for the screen replacement.

We saw Seb in the Lion Yard Shop in Cambridge and he was really knowledgeable and helpful about EE products versus BT products. And so on the strength of this, we went home and moved from BT to EE (the move process on the phone took 2 hours and was painful because the operator was being trained in the background and it seemed like we were his first customer). We returned to the shop a few days later with our new sim cards and Jack offered to help us migrate. What was great about Jack is that he wasn't patronising; offered to help without us asking; gave his time freely; explained clearly in a very friendly manner and was gentle & kind with us tech-averse oldies. These days, we are not used to such friendly efficiency so our experience with both Seb & Jack in the shop was a refreshing surprise!

To be honest, I had lost all faith in ee, until we went into the Cambridge store today. Jordan was amazing, saved us money on our phones, actually admitted that one of our contracts had expired 5 months ago, (ee had not informed us, even though i spoke to customer services 2 weeks ago!!), we came out feeling relieved, listened to and our worries sorted, something that is rare these days! Thank you Jordan ?
