Just had a fantastic dining experience at Ed's Easy Diner, served by the lovely Hajira! The food was really nice, and I'd highly recommend the Filthy Texan Burger and Tennessee Tower - both were absolutely delicious! Kudos to the team for managing to deliver such great service despite being short-staffed - I noticed it was just two people handling the restaurant, and they did an amazing job! Hajira was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Can't wait to come back and try more of their tasty offerings!

Had an absolute blast at Ed's Easy Diner! The service was top-notch, thanks to the amazing Himani who went above and beyond to make our experience special. We tried something different - a J2O float, which wasn't even on the menu! Himani was more than happy to accommodate our request and made it with such ease. Kudos to her for her creativity and flexibility!
And then, the Nachos... oh, the Nachos! They were presented beautifully, and the quality and quantity were just wow! We forgot to take a picture (yes, we were that busy enjoying them!), but trust me, we'll be back soon, and next time, we'll definitely capture the perfection that is Ed's Nachos. In fact, we'll even give the chef a big kiss for creating such magic!
If you're looking for great food, amazing service, and a wonderful dining experience, Ed's Easy Diner is the place to be! Can't wait to come back and try more of their delights!
