I recently bought a mattress from Dreams, and overall the experience has been excellent.
In-store, I was assisted by Carlos, who was super friendly and never pressured me he just let me take my time to decide. I?d also looked around other retailers like Bensons, John Lewis and online, but the service here really stood out. I was even given a discount and a free bed cover, which was a lovely bonus.
On delivery, there were a couple of issues: the stitching on the mattress was a little loose, the tags were attached in a way that could cause damage if pulled, and the bed cover was slightly dirty. I contacted customer service and although it took almost a week to get a reply, when they did respond, they went above and beyond. Instead of just offering a discount (which I expected), they replaced everything without hesitation I was genuinely impressed.
The email rescheduling system didn?t work for me, but a quick call to customer service had it sorted quickly and the team were very friendly. The second delivery was flawless fast, professional, and the drivers took the time to explain everything properly.
Although not perfect, the way Dreams handled my concerns gave me complete confidence in them. Mistakes can happen, but how a company responds makes all the difference, and Dreams Cambridge really showed how much they care about their customers.

From the moment we walked in the shop, (and we'd never visited before), the knowledgeable assistant Freda escorted us through the choices of bed-buying. She demonstrated the Dreams machine, which 'calibrated' our bodies, then showed us suitable beds. She also gave us a cup of coffee to accompany our 'journey.' Freda was extremely knowledgeable, and personable, and we were delighted to make a purchase through her. Will recommend

Right from the phone call with Sophie to her help and surport in the store Dhe was amazing at her job and make it so easy to find my new bed and mattress and even a head board Ty Sophie but next time I won?t get delivery men to fit it as my daughter did it better

Excellent customer service by Carlos today at the beehive centre in Cambridge. We visited another close by well known matress supplier and it didn't evan come close to the fantastic service we received.
We would 100% recommend going here. Loads of options, plenty of time and you don't feel pressured to buy anything.

The shop itself was as expected, some good deals and some quite expensive. Our quibble would be that we got about 3 ft into the door and we were pounced on by one of the sales team, introducing us to the store asking us what type of thing we were looking for. I'm not sure if this works for anyone else but this made us straight away feel awkward and pushed and we wanted to get out of there and did as soon as we felt we could. We have since brought the 5 beds we were looking for somewhere completely different.
